Hotels in Hauptbahnhof, Munich

I already became a regular guest at this hotel. The hotel is positioned very close to the central train station (Hauptbahnhof), which made it easy for me to reach the hotel straight off the train. Check in was straightforward, and I very like the reception staff, who are always very kind and welcoming. The rooms are contemporary and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Regular housekeeping was provided as expected. A substantially good stay for a great price.

The staff are nice and approachable. The place is clean and centrally located. The transfer to the next building was quite difficult especially if you have large luggages as there are stairs with no lift.

Very basic room, but it has necessary items for a stay. Staff are all very sweet, there is also a free coffee machine at the lobby which is amazing. Location is amazing infront of the train station/hbf just that at night there maybe noisy drunk people on the streets

Let's start with the downsides: 1. I booked two adjoining rooms, but upon check-in, I was told there was a staff mistake and we were given two non-adjoining rooms on different floors. Pros: 1. The breakfast was quite substantial. 2. The rooms are relatively spacious for European standards. 3. It's only a ten-minute walk from the train station. 4. The room was tidied and water was replenished daily.

Very close to the train station, convenient transportation, shops and restaurants around, you can walk to major attractions. Two rooms are at the same price, one is a swing, the child likes it very much. Check-in has to be self-service, because it will not, the hotel also helped. The living experience is not bad.

This was our first night's stay in Germany, and it was perfect! The hotel is right across from the train station, a mere 5-minute walk. There's a dm store downstairs that's open until 8 PM, great for stocking up. The hotel also gives you two complimentary drinks, which you can enjoy at the downstairs bar or take back to your room. The dark beer was especially delicious! The room size was decent, though it was long and narrow, making it feel a bit cramped. It did have a large balcony with a lovely view in the morning. (Picture shows the balcony view). The breakfast was excellent, truly the best we had on our entire trip. The variety of yogurts, sausages, and breads was extensive and everything tasted fantastic. We especially loved the Munich white sausage, which we didn't find at any other hotel later on. Getting around by light rail was incredibly convenient. Inside the station, there were several good bakeries, snack shops, and a supermarket. So if you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel, you can easily grab something downstairs. The famous Augustiner-Keller beer hall is also just a 12-minute walk away, and it's a great spot. The old town is a bit of a walk, roughly 20 minutes. Towards the end of our trip, we stayed at another hotel across the street in Munich, which claimed to be five-star, but it wasn't as good as this one. I regretted not staying here longer! If you're looking for convenience and comfort in Munich, this hotel is an excellent choice!

A very good place with an excellent location, near to all types of transportation. In addition, the reception was excellent, especially from the lovely Christina with her gentle smile.

入住當天遭遇了德國DB火車延誤三小時，還好還是在晚上9點45到達了酒店，還有前台人員接待，十點以後就要自助入住了。沒有電梯，但樓梯上鋪了地毯，所以大行李箱是沿着樓梯拉上去的，不是拎上去的，還行。前台多收了我房費（大概就是到店再付的一個差價），我也沒細看直接付了，結果還沒上樓，工作人員就喊住我，説她沒仔細看攜程訂單（大家入住時最好還是拿着打印的訂單，我是打印的，但付款時也沒仔細看訂單），多收了我錢，説明情況並原路退還了多收的（大概兩天後信用卡就到賬了），説實話工作人員不説我也不知道，給工作人員點贊！早餐很不錯，對酒店各方面都很滿意。酒店沒空調，第一晚我們是開窗睡的，結果我媽半夜起來關窗，7月中旬的德國慕尼黑晚上真的冷，後面幾天我們都是蓋着被子關着窗睡的，真的沒誇張，沒空調也不要緊。

We enjoy everything. Love the hotel as advertised no AC, but enough fans were provided . It would be better if AC is installed for summer. Breakfast no chicken option, would be great to if add to the menu. Overall happy with the hotel , very close to train stations, hotel - very spacious.

This hotel has a great location right next to the main train station. It has a self check in concept and there is no staff at reception. But they do send all the check in details over email including door code for the main entrance and your room. That makes it very convenient. Rooms are on the smaller side but you get what you pay for. Cleanliness is decent and the only staff you see are the cleaning staff. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood, so eating out was very easy too. Overall, a decent stay. Very satisfied
