This is a belated praise. We had a wonderful time here.Thank you so much Bernhaul at the reception (I hope I type your name in a correct way) for your friendly attitude and service. Luggage is stored free of charge for customers, whether you have checked out or not yet. If you want to check in early, you can email the reception to confirm, which is what I did, thanks a lot to Sarah at the front desk, she quickly responded to my email. The room is clean and it's close to the train station and the prices are reasonable. All in all, I don't think there is a better place than here to stay in Munich.

Hygiene: It was okay, but the sofa cushions in the room couldn't be moved to check underneath – and if you did, you wouldn't like what you saw.
Environment: A bit noisy. My room was arranged close to the street and on the 2nd floor, so the trams passing by at night were quite loud.
Service: So-so. On the first day, I went to the bar for a free drink, and the young staff member was quite slow. The second day, that person wasn't there, but the older gentleman was very friendly and cheerful. However, both days I had to wait 10 minutes.
Facilities: Pretty good, the room was quite spacious.

The hotel is a convenient 8-10 minute walk from the train station. The area around the hotel is predominantly populated by residents and businesses that do not speak German. While there are several supermarkets nearby, none of the small shops sell water. The only option is a 1.5-liter bottle of 'mineral water' for a steep 2.50 Euros. Munich has very hard water, so much so that boiling a pot of water leaves a noticeable amount of limescale. The hotel does not offer luggage storage services. The double bed, measuring 1.3 meters, was fitted with two 1.5-meter mattresses, which easily slipped off. I wonder who came up with this makeshift arrangement? On the upside, the price was very reasonable.

This hotel is super close to the main train station, literally right across the street. No worries about the unpredictable weather at all. The room is spacious, and the bed and vanity area are well-separated, so they don't interfere with each other. The bed is large and the bedding is comfortable. Walking to the airport shuttle bus from the main station takes about 10 minutes. You can also catch the airport train from the underground platforms at the main station.

I stayed for 2 nights. My single room had clearly recently been renovated to a good standard.
The hotel was not doing evening meals as the restaurant is being renovated but I had great beer and Pork knuckle in a restaurant directly across the road (very good).
Also many international restaurants very close by.
I walked there from the main Railway Station in less than 10 minutes.

The room was clean and neat and the location was pretty centralised with metro being near the corner. However i felt the lobby was a little too cramped and crowded sometimes (not welcoming at first). Overall still decent stay in Munich for the price point:)

An excellent hotel with a superb location! We took the Lufthansa Express bus from Terminal 2, which I highly recommend. It stops right at the hotel entrance, saving us the hassle of lugging luggage from the train station. Plus, the subway is right next door. The breakfast was very clean and tasty; although the variety wasn't extensive, it had most of the items you'd expect from a Western buffet. The front desk staff were also very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the German guests weren't as aloof as I'd heard; everyone was quite friendly and helpful. At breakfast, when I had trouble lifting the lids for food, they kindly offered to help, which was lovely. The room was a bit small and lacked amenities like slippers, tissues, a kettle, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, so it's best to come prepared. However, there's a supermarket right next door, making it easy to buy any daily necessities.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The only downside was the hotel amenities are old and could not cope with the heat wave hitting Europe during our stay. The 1st room assigned to us, it's Aircon couldn't work. But hotel was able to immediate change us to another room.
On last day of our stay, that room's aircon also broke down. The hotel brought in a fan to help us deal with the heat.

The room was spacious and had a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. This is my second time staying here, and I chose it again because of its proximity to the train station and the fact that it's within walking distance to the city center. The front desk staff, especially the guy yesterday, was very welcoming and enthusiastic.

The hotel is just 5 mins away from the central station, very convenient but only there were some gangs that need to be careful of. 15 mins walk to the old town. Staff is super nice, especially the night-shift receptionist who offered us some tips for sightseeing! Haven't got the chance to enjoy the breakfast but they provided complimentary coffee and tea, which were far enough to begin the day.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the train station, just over a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of food options nearby. The area around the station is a bit messy due to ongoing construction, so be sure to watch your belongings when out and about, and be careful at night. However, it's a great choice for an overnight layover if you're transferring trains. The room was spacious, the mini-bar was completely free, and breakfast was quite generous.

GGuest UserPlus - The hotel's successful location near the station and main attractions. Clean, comfortable beds, good room equipment, emulsion is the role of the stand, sleep in full dark great pleasure. Mini bar free, beer, water, juice. Welcome staff, good breakfast.
Of the downsides, it's a tram under the windows who is sensitive to sound, noise can interfere. I didn't hear the tram when the window closed. No slippers.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is quite convenient with good transport access. However, the elevator was out of order, which made carrying our luggage up to the first floor quite troublesome. Despite this, one of the staff members, Nina, was extremely friendly and warm-hearted. She willingly took on the task of moving the luggage by herself, and her kind and helpful attitude brought us a sense of warmth.
The next morning, however, another staff member named Stella had a completely different attitude—she was quite cold and unfriendly. I asked her about the possibility of changing our rooms to the other side of the hotel where there is a working elevator and where we could have all three rooms on the same floor. Although I explained that I had booked three rooms and hoped to have them together, she informed us that it wasn’t possible that day due to full occupancy. We accepted that, but asked if it could be arranged the following day if rooms became available.
While we understood the situation, Stella’s unhelpful and unfriendly left a negative impression—especially in contrast to Nina, who had been so genuinely caring and helpful.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at 6 PM on the first day. We had two rooms, and two people were checking us in. The person checking in the double room told me it was actually a single room, and the single room was checked in for two people. I don't think that's right. That evening, we washed our clothes and put them on the rack, and the amount of dust we wiped off was like the first picture. The next morning, they didn't clear away our breakfast until after 3 PM, and didn't even clean up the items on the floor. This hotel doesn't even have its own parking lot, which made us search for ages. We asked later and found out they don't have one. They did help us bring our luggage upstairs. The front desk staff had a bad attitude.

GGuest UserA hotel with clean modern rooms, smiling staff and a new generation check-in and check-out system.
There are 2 issues that need to be improved.
The towels placed in the room smell of food.
The air conditioning is controlled centrally, no changes are allowed from the panel. It runs unnecessarily all night long and gets very hot, disrupting comfort.

YYALINGThe shower floor had significant limescale buildup, and the shower door didn't seal properly, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. We also noticed fruit flies flying around at breakfast. However, breakfast did offer tea bags from a historic German brand and fresh fruit, which was a nice touch. Our room had been recently renovated and faced an internal courtyard, ensuring it was very quiet. It also had air conditioning. While the triple room was a bit small, the hotel's location is excellent. It's an incredibly short walk to the Central Station, with a supermarket and pharmacy conveniently located nearby, and Marienplatz is also within easy reach.

SSergey Bobylevза свои деньги великолепно. Ничего критичного не было, только непривычна обязательная необходимость оставлять ключ на ресепшн, когда выходишь из отеля удивляет.
