Hotels in Perlach, Munich

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the facilities were brand new! Its location right next to the tram stop and with a supermarket downstairs is incredibly convenient. The supermarket itself is quite large and well-stocked. Overall, it made for a very easy and efficient stay!

Generally nice place but there should be coffee, tea, hot or normal water on rooms because sometimes we just want to drink hot drink in room. Also Luftung/AC would be good

My opinion: Good got solo travellers, don’t drive, prefer peace rather than happening places nearby. Good for biz trips. Location: Very convenient, right next to Neuperlach Sud station on U5 line which covers Ostbanhof couple stops away. Neighbourhood: fairly quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, not like the busy downtown. Good if you like some peace, not great if you’re looking for nightlife or exciting downtown activities. Hotel public areas: overrated to be considered the “most-instagrammable” hotel, don’t think of it as a high-end luxury type. But there are some funky stuff on levels 2 to 7, go explore their R&R rooms, from scenic Gym rooms to classic retro games room. Will keep you motivated for 2-3 nights at least. They have an onsite-laundry that uses App-based (niceGerman technology) Food/cafe: very convenient REWE next door. Onsite canteen was cool Italian food, but apparently it’s not open every day for dinner, careful on weekends. Next closest for food might be Neuperlach Zentrum which is just 2 stops away.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was well-prepared and flavorful. The service was equally impressive; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great hospitality and amazing food. I’ll definitely be back!

Hotels in the city are expensive during Oktoberfest and none were available, so I stayed here a little further away. Because it's far away, the hotel price is reasonable considering the cost of living in Munich. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, and the one I stayed in had a small bathtub. I felt it was just right if you just wanted to stay and enjoy Oktoberfest. As it's in the suburbs, there are no supermarkets nearby, but there is a gas station kiosk a short walk away where you can buy something, and the hotel did sell a limited amount of light snacks like beer and snacks.

Hotel very liked! Good location: S-bahn station next door. Clean, convenient room. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

Rooms are actually good, the beds are comfortable. Its also very spacious even we have 3 luggages. Unfortunately I have to leave the room only 3 stars due to the toilet, precisely the shower area. The design of shower area only cover half the area, leaving the other half open to make movement easy and spacious, but the wind that blows to you during your shower is unacceptable. Especially during winter season, so cold. Reception staffs are very helpful and friendly, no problem at all. 1 thing for guest to note, hotel only provide 1st glass bottle of water free. The subsequent requires you to pay, you can otherwise drink water tap from room or request a glass from reception.

The hotel is very good. The front desk is very warm. We went to the reception desk very late and should have been off work. We have been waiting for us for several hours. We have a language barrier. Special enthusiasm. Give me a good explanation. The room is also good. The city is also convenient for transportation. There is also a free parking lot.

Ich war mit meinem kleinen Zimmer im UG sehr zufrieden, das hatte alles, was man so braucht und sogar noch extra einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine 😍. Das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage fand ich trotz der weiten Entfernung von meinen Zielpunkten sehr gut, weil es dort gleich in der Nähe eine Haltestelle gibt, die Buse fahren regelmäßig und pünktlich. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

The bathroom is automatic lighting, so it will disappear without permission. Please be careful when taking a shower. The room was clean and it was convenient because the kitchen could be used if it was a simple dish. It is recommended for those who are not problematic even if they are a little far from the tourist spot.
