Hotel Stachus

There was a slight hiccup during check-in. Our reservation was for a family room for two adults and two children, but the front desk said our room could only accommodate two people. They suggested we either book another room or pay extra for the additional two people. Our English isn't great, so communication was difficult. Finally, we said we would call the platform to complain. Then, a Chinese staff member helped us communicate in English. Just as we were about to call the platform, he asked us to wait while he went to confirm the room. He came back and informed us that our room could indeed accommodate four people. We were able to check in smoothly after that, but it left a bad taste in our mouths. Everything else was fine; it's conveniently located very close to the train station. Outside on the streets, there were quite a few homeless people, as well as loud and boisterous crowds and drunks. It didn't feel unsafe, just a bit too lively. For consecutive stays, you can get free beer if you opt out of housekeeping. Luggage storage after check-out is free, which is quite convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the main train station, and very close to both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. For this price, it's great value for money. Plus, the hotel has air conditioning, which is a lifesaver during the hot summer!

Very good, the front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy, highly recommended. Our room was located on the quiet side, away from the street, which was very peaceful.

The hotel is great, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. It's also within walking distance of major attractions like Marienplatz and the Munich Residenz, making sightseeing very convenient. There are plenty of dining options and a supermarket right outside the hotel, located in the underpass. The staff are friendly and I would definitely stay here again.
