The dust in the room is beyond out of control. Everything you touch has lint from the blankets, bed sheets and the towels. I don't think the cleaners clean their ”lint traps” in the dryer. The poor dryers probably are dying due to not cleaning. You just have to stick with it with your clothings full of lint and dust. The breakfast was pretty solid. The reception is absolutely perfect and very kind and on point. The room itself was a bit on the smaller side but the AC unit was amazing. The whole lint problem was just so irritatin

I had a great time in Wunderlocke. The aesthetic of the hotel was top notch and the location was also great. My only issue was that check in was 4pm which is really late considering the fact that check out is 11am. And you will have to pay an extra fee if you want to check in early 🙄. Asides that, every other thing was great.

Overall good service provided by front desk, generally clean and decent breakfast spread. Booked the single room but haven’t slept on a single bed in a while, so needed time to get used to- that’s on me. My main complaint is the illogical and not adult-friendly layout of the toilet. FYI- I’m a 1.7m average built Asian man. See the super narrow gap to squeeze through to get to the toilet bowl? One definitely needs to have physical contact with the sink or the shower wall to reach the toilet bowl, making it unhygienic and a terrible experience. Also, right leg has no space beside the toilet bowl and need to be “rubbing” against the shower wall, making the experience a terrible one in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Under normal circumstances, it's understandable to wait till 3pm before one can check in. The bookings made by my staff ************************ for a total of 8 guests from Malaysia from 2 to 8 May where one guest under Dr ************************ could not be present due to the admission of his father to hospital on 1st May and subsequently passed away on 2 May. ************* requested for cancellation and refund from Leonardo Hotels but was told to chanel the request to Trip.com. Upon checking with Trip.com she was informed that Leonardo Hotels had rejected their request for refund. The hotel booking was paid using my credit card under ******. I tried to request to use the room under Dr ******************* at 7am on 3 May but was rejected. On 8th May when 7 of the guests were departing at 6pm for their floght at 10pm , I was only allowed to stay until 3pm even though I requestes for extension to 6pm. This is not the point since check out time is 12pm or 2pm at max. I earnestly hope that the request for cancellation of the reservation for Dr ************************ for 6 nights be refunded. Stayed 7 nights. Business hotel type. Expect minimum service. Full of people in breakfast room everyday. (One staff was particularly rude. One time, she scolded me for bringing the water bottle to my table because my hands were full and was not capable of pouring water.) There was once breakfast was out of order and was diverted to another one. The order was chaotic. No staff to manage the situation. I also had a day with only half housekeeping work. Hotel acknowledged it was their fault but with no immediate action taken until the next day because housekeeping was already gone. There was also fire alarm event happened during my stay while having breakfast. Everyone of us had to go outside until confirmed safety by professionals. Turned out it was due to someone smoking. Misc: 1. Bathtub water draining stopper always stopping 2. A/C not working. Staff said it will only on from June.

Clean, spacious room, kitchen equipment. Below there is a super, nearby there is a bus, but it may be far from the train, but can walk up to overall recommended.

The hotel is actually managed as an apartment. You need to register and fill in your personal information on the machine, which is not very friendly to tourists who don't speak English. This was not explained when booking the room, so we were embarrassed when we checked in. We were completely confused. Fortunately, a hotel staff came down to help, and it took a long time to get it right. The decoration style of the hotel is a bit strange. The room is very high, but the chandelier is very low, and the light is dim. The advantage is that the geographical environment is very good, right in the city center, next to the park, and very close to the train station.

Services: The staff here are very friendly and luggage has a separate room for safe storage. But it should be noted that if you check in at more than 9:00 in the evening, they will be off work from 9 to 10:00. You may need to call the front desk, and they will leave your name and room number, and card number at the front desk . Facilities: The room is fully carpeted , and it is quiet at night . If you want to go to the toilet in the lobby, you need to ask the front desk to get the key. Environment: There is a beer garden nearby to see how he is very large and relaxing, where he drinks beer and eats local German-style meat.

The hotel has no staff to meet you. So check-in is being done with software - long and hard process, where you wait and do it in the entrance, without any place to sit. It was not clear that we can do it a day before and in such situation - it could have saved us the check-in puzzle at 11:00PM after long flight and train journey. Breakfast is served in a box to the room, but arrived on time only at the first day. breakfast is poor. The late arrival did not leave us time to eat it. When we asked what is happening, the final answer was at night.... There was is no cleaning of the room while we stayed, and if I understand correctly there is a way to replace the towels by yourself. The kitchen in the room is good and has all what is needed. All in all - if you consider it as renting a house/room for short time with no service - it is a good choice, If you expect room service and decent breakfast, this is not the place for you. Subway is short walk away - about 14 minutes.
