Great
GGuest UserThere is a metro station nearby, it is quiet, warm, the kitchen is clean, there are all the utensils for cooking, in the toilet there is a very large and warm radiator that heats the whole room. Small scratches on the walls give a look of carelessness, but overall I liked the room, although it is not the center
WWhiteBoardEasy check-in & check-out with friendly reception. The room was very clean and tidy, big enough to open two large suitcases and to move around. Our room was facing towards a backyard, it was very quiet at night, no noise from nearby or inside the room, there weren't many cars on the main street either. Not sure if it was a heater or central heating but the room was warm and cosy all the time. The TV was nice and allowed screen mirroring. There were also charged laundry machines and dryers which looked very new and did the job properly.
The surrounding environment felt safe to walk around at night. Although not many restaurants around, there were some big supermarkets. It took 3 minutes walk to the nearest underground station, and from there it took about 15 minutes to Munich Central Station. It was a bit far away from Munich city centre, but 35 minutes travel time was ok for us.
In general very nice! Will definitely consider staying again.
GGuest UserI booked a room for my visiting family. It was literally in the building next to where I live. It was spotless, modern and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and so convenient to be able to prepare what they wanted when they wanted. The staff was very supportive and attentive. My family absolutely loved it! I will do this again for our next visitors who pass through Munich.
GGuest UserWe loved our stay here at Miano! My husband and I were given the last room at the corner which was the largest room. The room was so spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was also well designed and showering there felt like a spa. Although the hotel provided limited breakfast (5.50€ for 1 pastry such as croissant or pretzel and a beverage of choice), we felt that it was reasonably priced and there were other external breakfast options that were provided too. The hotel is also located very close to the main train station, just about a 5min walk. There were also 2 large supermarkets next to the hotel. The only feedback we had was the cleanliness. Upon check in, we found some hair in the shower that was left by previous person and not washed away. That’s ok, we were not bothered. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at Miano and We will definitely stay here again!
AAnonymous UserBooked a family apartment, nearly 50 square meters, very spacious, bright and comfortable, all items are neatly arranged, thoughtful. The first time I saw such a large ironing board and iron, the kitchen was also equipped with complete appliances. Noel's dishwasher and oven would be more beautiful.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and it's only about a 20-minute ride from there to Munich Central Station, which is very convenient.
Right outside the metro station, there's a shopping mall, and a budget supermarket (LIDL) can be accessed directly from the back entrance of the mall.
The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in.
繁繁忙旅行者I booked this two room apartment for my family. When I checked in, I was told that it was NOT two bedrooms, but with one bedroom and a double sofia bed in the living room. Large enough to host four people.
Nice to have washer machine in room and shared dryers in the basement. The shower space was open to the toilet room so water spills always. Could have a sliding door or curtain to separate.
Location is close to tram station Karlsplatz, one stop from the central railway station. Staffs are nice and helpful.
GguestFrom the airport, you have two ways to get to the hotel.
Plan A : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take U5 and get off at Innsbruck Ring. Change trains to U2 and get off at Josefsburg. Take the elevator on your right to the ground. Walk to the right and you can see the hotel on your left.
Plan B : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take tram 21 and get off at the stop(see pictures below). Walk to the church and you can see the hotel.
The reception of the hotel and the building with rooms are different. Be careful.
The hotel is not in the central of the city, but you could hear the church bells ringing.
There's no washing machines or washing room. You can ask the reception to bring your clothes to a laundry shop nearby.
YYangThe room is quite spacious, although there is no air conditioning but heating, and electric fans are also provided. The location is near the park and the environment is quite quiet. However, there is no subway station, you need to take a bus to go out, and there are fewer restaurants nearby.
GGuest UserDifficult to find, poorly identified. Not provided with 2 twin beds as described, was 1 queen bed with two sets of sheets. No cookware provided despite having a hot plate top. Private bathroom was clean and adequate. No towels provided. No reception to check in with or ask questions too. No luggage storage available. Wouldn’t stay again, and certainly not by myself as a female traveller. For one night was adequate at best.
