冷氣不足，位置不好，去到酒店職員話個system 壞左結果搞左成個鍾先check in到room...過程沒有任何補償同食物俾我地，水都無杯，完全唔似酒店，旅客都怕左

If you are traveling by car, it is good to park in an industrial area, with offices, a little green with few trees, but close to the entrance to a motorway. Free street parking. The hotel is located inside an office building courtyard.
Fairly large room overlooking the park. Mineral water offered. Reception staff very kind and pragmatic. A good base for sleeping in Munich. I would like to conclude by saying that the price was very affordable. We didn't try the breakfast not included in the price

Esperienza horror! Un dipendente dell’hotel è entrato nella nostra stanza senza autorizzazione alle 2 di notte, sicuramente con intento di furto. mentre dormivamo! Facendoci saltare dal letto. Dopo questa esperienza non riuscirò più ad essere tranquillo in nessun hotel!

Terribile esperienza, un dipendente dell’hotel assieme ad un altra persona sono entrati nella nostra camera alle 2 di notte mentre dormivamo per tentare di rubare, per fortuna mi sono svegliato evitando il furto bloccando i due. È stato a dir poco un trauma di fatto sono tre giorni che non riesco a conciliare il sonno. Il dipendente era lo stesso che poche ore prima ci ha accolto al check-in assegnandoci una camera sullo stesso piano della reception e in vicinanza della stessa, aveva evidentemente previsto tutto. Inoltre la room card era inserita nell’apposito slot che consente di attivare la corrente elettrica in stanza e di segnalare la presenza del cliente. Il dipendente dell hotel non ha informato nessuno né la struttura né un suo responsabile né un suo superiore, ed al cambio turno quando volevo far prevalere i miei diritti nessuni sapeva niente. Polvere e insetti in camera non mancavano inoltre c’erano i menù ma non la possibilità di mangiare.Ho anche avuto problemi con una ragazza dello staff per la sua totale arroganza, maleducazione e incapacità totale di problem solving. Che dire un vero film horror! Sconsigliatissimo!

First, the web site kept creating errors. I entered 8-9 November but it repeatedly listed 7-8 November. I was able to make a correct reservation only by contacting the manager, who made a reservation for 1 person, not 2. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, though was quite a distance from the stairs and elevator. The staff was friendly and competent. If you plan to take a taxi, be SURE to get the address correct: Freisinger Strasse 94, Oberding. Our taxi driver first took us to the Airport Sud location instead of the Ost. The taxi ride from Terminal 1 to the hotel cost 23 euros. There is a bus, the 512, which stops quite near the front of the hotel and goes directly to Terminal 1. It cost 1.70 euros for a young woman but 3.50 each for me and my wife!?? The breakfast bar has a good selection, but is a bit pricey at 16.90 euros each.

My wife and I and our three adult daughters, visited the hotel in the middle of July 2023. We were a little late with our booking but found a 2- and 3-bedroom for a reasonable price. Unfortunately it was not worth the money. The location is not very attractive, since it is in a industrial area 5 km out of the city center. But this was not a big problem, because the public transport is close and works well. The rooms are actually okay and got what you need. But the cleaning and the maintenance are quite below level. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, the toilet at our daughters room could not flush and couldn't be fixed before the day after and we had to get our keycards refreshed several times each day. The hotel promises cleaning every second day, which is fine. But when this cleaning is not being made, and when it finally came the third day, some garbage and used glasses were not removed. This is not okay We will not come here again and recommend to spend a little more money and find a better location and a more descent standard

Wir waren geschäftlich für zwei Tage in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel besticht durch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, saubere und ruhige Zimmer. Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super, so dass man innerhalb weniger Meter Bus- und Bahn fußläufig erreichen kann. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt mit leckerem und umfangreichem Frühstücksbuffet.

After a long journey of 14 hours, we looked for a hotel easy to find. It was clean, the crew was chairming and helpful - I recommend. It is in a office tower area, few move in the nighttime, the highway is not to far but not disturbing.
