Nice hotel. Quiet location but near to key sights. Hotel is very clean. The room is set up nicely too. There is a underground garage but need to pay.

Bei einer Reservierungsanfrage für eine Gruppenbuchung änderte das Hotel kurzerhand die Preise genau der angedachten zwei Nächte und statt die Buchung zu bestätigen wurden die “neuen” Preise (ca. 33 Prozent teurer) angezeigt. Als wir daraufhin anriefen um das Management zu sprechen, hieß es dieses habe für so etwas keine Zeit und der Hörer wurde aufgelegt.

Ein wirklich symphatisches Hotel mit einem schönen Park. Ruhig, freundlich und mit einem grossartigen Frühstücksbuffet. Nahe an der U4, welche direkt in das Zentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof führt.Eine wunderbare Abwechslung zu den klassischen Businesshotels. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Für ein Wochenende haben wir das Hotel mit unseren beiden Hunden gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, ruhig mit einem großen komfortablen Bett. Dazu haben wir eine kleine private Terrasse mit Zugang zum Hotelpark. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Wir haben vor einigen Jahren bereits im Hotel Rothof übernachtet, damals aber nur für eine Nacht. Diesmal hatten wir ein 3-Nächste-Arrangement mit Frühstück in einem sehr komfortablen, schick eingerichteten Zimmer zur Parkseite. Genau diese Parkaussicht hat den Aufenthalt auch so besonders gemacht. Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend. Wir haben auch 2 x draußen mit Blick auf den Park frühstücken können, was wirklich sehr schön war. Ansonsten war es ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Betten (Matratzen!) gemütlich mit hohem Schlafkomfort. Wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Großes Bad. Alles picobello sauber. Besonders angetan waren wir vom Frühstücksbuffet, dass alles bot, was man sich vorstellen konnte, unter anderem auch ein Weißwurst-Frühstück, Fleischkäse, diverse Salate und Prosecco. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können den Rothof uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr netter Empfang im Hetel ! Tolles großes Zimmer ! Sehr nettes Personal vom Empfang über Servespersonal bis zum Zimmermädchen ! Geniales Frühstücksangebot nicht zu toppen so kennen wir es nur vom 5 Sternehotel Neptun in Warnemünde ! Also weiter so und wir werden es wieder buchen wenn wir wieder in München sind ! Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Innenstadt (10min U-Bahn) an einem Park angrenzend. Man kann also super spazieren gehen nach dem Feierabend oder sich in dem angrenzenden Sportbereich fit halten. Die Betten sind weich und angenehm, auch wenn ich das Gefühl hatte, dass beide Seiten etwas durchgelegen waren, aber ich habe zu Hause auch eine harte Matratze, obwohl das Hotel nahe an der Innenstadt liegt, kann man ruhig und entspannt schlafen, die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und mit neuen Handtüchern bestückt die Dusche ist klasse, eine Regendusche fast Barrierefrei die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption und Bar waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit das TV-Programm ist überschaubar keine kostenpflichtigen Programme wie Sky, DAZN u.s.w.

I would NOT recommend due to their customer service. I made my reservation a few weeks ahead of time on ***********. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Unexpectedly I had to cancel 2 days before because there was a strike going on by the trade union at all 7 German airports and all flights were cancelled (including mine). I tried to rebook travel anywhere I could was unsuccessful since everything was shut down. Through ***********, I requested to have the cancellation fee waived (50% of the rate) because this was totally out of our control. Every time I called the front desk agent told me that a manager needed to approve the waived fee and one agent even told me that "it would get taken care of". After several requests, I was finally able to speak to a manager. She told me that it was *********** policy to charge the fee. I had spoken to *********** several times who told me it was up to the hotel to waive it. Even though I was told it would be handled and refunded since it was a unique scenario and out of our control, the managers never contacted me to return the fees. Because of this scenario, I DO NOT recommend this hotel and when I go to Munich I will not be booking here.
