We like to go on city trips, but also like to look for a cheap place to stay. We were completely satisfied at the Ibis Süd. Clean, big enough rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. We had a really nice week in Munich and this hotel contributed to that! The only negative point is the parking situation. We would come here again and again.

When we arrived, the room was already free before 3 p.m. We had to move on immediately, but had to pay an additional EUR 15.00 for an early check-in. I find this unacceptable, as it is clear that no additional service was provided.

Very friendly and professional staff, quiet, attractively furnished. Close to the subway station. Nothing to complain about, definitely a recommendation (at least for those who don't need a lot of luxury)

We stayed at this hotel for a short break over Easter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The nearest tram and subway stop are just a few minutes away from the hotel, so you can get into the city quickly. It's practical that you can buy tickets for public transport at the hotel. The room was cleaned every day, despite it being a weekend and a public holiday. The bed was comfortable and big enough for two people. Unfortunately, the room didn't have a safe. The breakfast was plentiful and had something for every taste (sweet/savory/healthy). It was also nice that you could make fresh waffles yourself.

Lovely hotel for a budget weekend away. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very accommodating for everyone we loved the waffles! Staff were beyond helpful and very friendly. The hotel is located in a prime location for using public transportation into the city
