It's great that it's just a few minutes walk to Munich Central Station.
Although it was clean overall, I was concerned about the dirt in the details.

Lovely lobby and rooms were well appointed and value for money in Munich. Very close to the main train station. However nearby shops were a bit rough looking which makes it not advisable for late evening walking especially with young children at night.
