The hotel bedding is not hygienic... The door handle is often broken and can't be opened. The location is indeed excellent, but the accommodation experience is not good. This price is really not worth it

Very bad. More than 650 per night. No different from a youth hostel. The bed is also very hard. Not worth it.

Persönliche Bewertung unseres Hotelaufenthalts bei A§O beim Hauptbahnhof München ist sehr positiv - dies betrifft vor allem das freundliche Personal. Einfache Gartenstühle auf den Balkonen wäre noch eine Anregung von unserer Seite

Das Hotel liegt seitlich vom HBF in ca. 300m Entfernung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter*innen, insb. der Küchenkraft. Tiefgarage nur für kleinere /mittlere Fahrzeuge sinnvoll, da es mit dem Auftug nach unten geht und es dort sehr eng ist. Der Parkplatz Theresienwiese ist jedoch in der Nähe Die Zimmer sind wie alle A&O Hotels einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

Positiv, das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Zimmer und Bettwäsche sauber. Aber wirklich alles spartanisch und günstig eingerichtet, wenig Ablagefläche, Zimmer und Bad sehr klein. Mit Balkon hinten heraus. Kleine Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg, schlecht zum Duschen. Kleine Enge Tiefgarage, wird mit Aufzug herunter gefahren, für unseren Fiat 500 okay.
