Clean . No room service . Bed very comfy . No sleepers in room or dental kit . Restaurant close at 10

The room booked is queen room with sofa bed but when arrived for checked in only 2 single bed is provided.

Breakfast is good!! Gym Is good.. Staff are kind. But room cleaning is bad.

The location is good and not far away from Munich Train station, almost every tram you can take from train station and only two stops, you will arrive in this hotel.

Not really close to city center but is a real 4 star hotel with good service , room was clean and comfortable

The navigation problem almost made us go in circles. The hotel is generally good, new and clean. There is no curtain in the shower area in the classroom, so the floor was very wet after the shower.

The hotel environment and facilities are good. It feels newly renovated. The breakfast is basically OK, similar to most German hotels. The room is not very big. After installing the sofa bed, it is very crowded to open the suitcase. The hotel is more than ten minutes' drive from the central city of Munich. The location is average. It is not suitable for self-driving tourists because of the difficulty of parking nearby. The parking fee for one day is 25 euros.

Overall good, very clean. The location is quite convenient, there is a rail station 5 minutes away, there are supermarkets and parks, and it is not far from the downtown area. Very convenient. You can see the railroad tracks directly outside the window. However, when I came out of the parking lot, I encountered the embarrassing situation of the door being locked, and the local German brothers walked around, and no one solved the problem. I waited in the parking lot for almost half an hour. In the end, I could only go to the front desk for help, and it was solved instantly😂 The German brothers' handling method is too mechanical, and they really can't solve the problem when encountering emergencies

I stayed here once in 2019, and this is my second time. I feel that the hotel is a bit old this year. But it is still quite satisfactory. The room is very clean and tidy. The location is also very good, and it is only a few minutes walk to the subway station.
