I stay here every time I come to Munich. It is spacious and comfortable, with simple kitchenware so I can cook my own food. The underground parking garage is very convenient, 20 euros a day. There are Lidl, ED, DM, Apotheke nearby, and a small park for walking.

It is a sort of residence, designed rather for long stays; the structure is new, comfortable and quiet, but everything, although functional, is a little cold; check-in was a bit long; furthermore, they gave me a room on the ground floor designed for disabled people, so the spaces were very large, even too much so. In terms of attention to disabled people, the structure deserves 5 stars because all the functions of the kitchen are designed and built to fully satisfy this use.

Very very nice hotel near to public transportation tram and U bahn(direct line to Octoberfest which was very nice) Took us about 1.5 hours to get to airport on public transportaion from this location. Good restaurants and supermarkets in the area and very quiet for sleeping, even tho it is on a very busy road. Loved the tech and sustainability factors.

I booked 1 bedroom apartment, get upgraded to 2 bedrooms,love the place,it's huge bigger than 2 bedrooms apartment with fully kitchen and washing machine, good location.
Will come and stay here again on my next trip to Munich

Extremely comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well appointed but would have preferred a microwave in addition to the oven.

Very nice place. It wasn’t clear that room cleaning was taking place only once per week (so no cleaning for shorter stays).
I’d think to provide better access to amenities to customers. It’s just a bit annoying to have to ask for new towels, dishwasher capsules, tissues, etc.
But honestly these are just constructive feedback. everything was excellent. I definitely recommend it!
