I cancelled my reservation but they never told me I couldn't, but I thought they did so I booked another hotel thinking it was canceled but it wasn't, so they canceled my reservation and kept my money and they acknowledged after my trip that the reservation was canceled and I couldn't get a refund

Wir waren sehr gespannt - auch auf Basis des günstigen Preises - und waren in allen Bereichen positiv überrascht. Netter Empfang, gemütliches und sehr sauberes Zimmer - und ruhig noch dazu, jede Menge Kissen, praktisches Badezimmer und gute Betten - was will man mehr. Auch den "Schriftkram" beim Einchecken konnten wir online erledigen - das spart Zeit und Nerven. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
