Hygiene: quite clean
Environment: Very close to the subway station, very convenient to go anywhere
Service: The waiters can all speak English and have a good attitude
Facilities: Very good. The twin room has a small sofa, a rack for hanging clothes, and two bedside tables.

It was a nigh**are, that place should be close. The first day the toilet was broken, they moved me the room next door, the second day didn’t have service water until 4:00 pm, the bathroom was moldy, the 3rd day start fixing the bathroom next door around 8:00 am with a lot noise, the 4th day the same, that place is depressing. The worst hotel I have been so far. Do not book this place

It is a basic hotel in an ideal location, making it a good choice for budget travelers. Beds were substandard and the hotel parking is very small (and paying). The car had to be parked on a rusted iron plate, which we didn't really have a good feeling about. Receptionist was correct and helpful.

The Hotel cancelled my reservation and refused to refund the cost and instead rebooked me into a different Hotel against my will.
Cancelling is not good but not to be allowed to make a different choice of Hotel is not acceptable.

The hotel staff were very kind.
The front desk is only open until 22:30 at night, but since I arrived at night, I was contacted through ******* and they helped me with the key collection method, etc.
Although it is a little far from Munich Central Station, the tour bus stop is within walking distance and Marienplatz is also within walking distance, so it was convenient. The area around the hotel is quiet, but I could hear some noise from the hotel rooms and hallways, which was bothersome.
