Molto comodo alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, facile da trovare. Camera piccola, però giusta per il prezzo pagato.

There is something difficult about the door. There is no laundry service, no hairdryer, the environment is normally clean, but some lighting is lacking.

Strange ‘frontdoor’ it is located in some kind of appartement building. Be there on time, or you cannot get in! Rooms are small but ok. Some places smell like there is a lot of (hash) smoking going on. Below the appartement is a bar/dacing with music you hear well. Breakfast was very good. Nice staff! Parkinggarage in the back of the building. Low ceeling and not much of camerasight, but it does what needs to be done.

Stayed there for two days; two adults and a kid. Clean, neat and friendly. Small rooms, but they have what is needed. Extra plus for three proper beds in the triple room. Convenient location just a short walk from the Laim train station, which makes both city centre and airport easily accessible. Difficult to find better value for money in Munich for the budget traveller.

This hotel was in terrible condition with holes in the wall, no firealarm present, doesn´t speak english.
Room was overall ok, bathroom was not very nice.
Breakfast not included and a quick glance in the room put us of from eating there anyway.

La camera piccola ma pulita. L'ingresso delll'Hotel difficoltoso e poco invitante.... Colazione non conviene farla in albergo c'è un'ottima pasticceria/bar vicino. Staff molto gentile. Mezzi ben serviti.
