It seemed like a comfortable place to stay, and the room was like a renovated apartment. The receptionist was kind and explained things to us in simple terms, even though we were not good at English.
The breakfast was delicious, and I was especially happy to see the white sausages. There were about five types of yogurt, which the children enjoyed.
There were about four types of cheese, and I was surprised at how delicious it was, perhaps feta cheese. The food was great, but the floor staff were earnest and meticulous, always keeping an eye on things, immediately responding to discrepancies or shortages, and standing around as if waiting for plates to be emptied, which made it a little unsettling. It's good that they are so diligent in their work, but...
When I left early in the morning, the front desk staff was kind enough to ask if I had eaten breakfast, which I appreciated.

It's a bit far from Munich Central Station, but it's okay because it's in a quiet neighborhood. The supermarket is right in front, so it's convenient.
The breakfast was also nice and clean.

The location is very convenient, but the service and facilities are really poor. I think the facilities are domestic 2-star configuration. I stayed for two days and put up a cleaning sign on the second day. I didn’t clean it when I came back at night. My friend went down to get the towels by himself.
