The hotel was very central perfect location to the main attractions and also very close to the underground. The service was perfect! Maria (or Giulia) was very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations. I would definitely stay again there!

The room was cozy and clean. Location is really convenient. Quite nice if you travel alone.

Close to the train station but the room is small with a triangular roof

Spacious room and clean. It was a bottle, but there was water. Employees were polite. I was able to leave my suitcase after check out.

The facilities are average, but the staff are super friendly! The location is also close to Munich station, so it is convenient to move around.

Good location and convenient transportation

Good location between Central Station and Marienplatz. There were two women at the reception when I arrived, but they were both very friendly and upgraded me to a larger room. It was really spacious and comfortable. It is a great sense of security to be welcomed with a smile in a country where the language is different. We stayed for 2 nights and then returned to this hotel after traveling around France, but they still remembered us and welcomed us with the best smile. Good hotel
