Absolute Top Class!!! Sehr gut und zentral gelegen! Zur Zeit ist eine grosse Baustelle gegenüber, ist aber kein Hindernis. Zimmer sind ausgezeichnet, free Minibar und Nüsse etc…. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt! Leider kein Spa! Frühstück alles was das Herz begehrt. Betten sehr bequem. Immer wieder gerne, wie auch schon in anderen Ländern dieser Welt.

Meine Frau und ich waren ers**als Gäste in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Direkt mit Betreten der Eingangshalle haben wir uns zuhause gefühlt, nicht nur durch das schöne Ambiente und die stilvolle Ausstattung. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Wagen wurde in Empfang genommen, das Gepäck war bereits bei Betreten des Zimmers gut sortiert vorhanden. Das Zimmer war fantastisch ruhig, technisch hochwertig ausgestattet. Sauberkeit und Service auf höchstem Niveau. Frühstück mit sehr gut geschultem und höflichem Personal. Dabei ein Buffet, was kein Wünsche offen lässt, und die begleitende Küche mit tollen Gerichten zum Start des Tages. Auch sollte die sehr schöne und mit tollen Drinks bestückte Bar ORY im Hause erwähnt werden, die stets einen Besuch wert ist. Auch die Lage des Mandarin Oriental ist wunderbar, da man sehr zentral in der Innenstadt wohnt, und praktisch das Auto nicht mehr benötigt. Wir sind begeistert, und kommen sehr gerne wieder. JE

Always an excellent stay at a Mandarin Oriental! This one in Munich is such an exquisite place, away from the tourist apots yet close to Marienplatz and MaximillianstraBe.
Premium Deluxe Room on the 4/F had great space. Bathroom all electronic! Didnt want to get out of the shower!
Service superb, from Concierge, Front desk and Restaurant.

An excellent stay with great attention to detail. The concierge service is some of the best I've experienced, the overall team are fantastic, proactive and attentive. The Mandarin Munich met expectations and then some. This is my default property for Munich, simply the best.

Das Manadarin Oriental ist nicht das einzige Haus mit (sehr) schönen Zimmern, bemerkenswerten Details, großartigen kulinarischen Erlebnissen und ansprechendem Service. Was das Mandarin Oriental in München so außergewöhnlich macht, sind die Menschen, die dort arbeiten . Das beginnt bereits bei der Reservierung. Die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, Umgangsformen und Kompetenz bzw. Professionalität in der jeweiligen Aufgabe sind bemerkenswert . Perfekt! Das Personal scheint sich am Arbeitsplatz und miteinander sehr wohl zu fühlen. Diese A**osphäre wirkt auch auf den Gast. Persönlich mögen wir die Größe des Hauses sehr.
