Check-in went smoothly. It is very close to the East Station and another station. The weather was very cold but the heating in the room was sufficient.

Silly, awful concept with no practical assistance and horrible accommodation. 1) Room didn’t work. Code didn’t work. Stuck outside for total 2 hours 10 minutes. They didn’t think to send someone to fix it so when they reset it and it worked the first time, I then left and was locked out. Silly customer service. All on WA. Slow responses. Picture standing in a corridor for more than 2 hours with your stuff inside. And no number to call. It was painful. Also - I missed an appointment and incurred a €40 fee for that. By the time I’d got in and showered etc evening had been severely impacted as 2 hours behind schedule. 2) Room is stale, has a very odd smell as you’ll see from other reviews. 3) Not value for money at all. Location is literally on a motorway. Stay elsewhere

Good points:
Stylish and clean facilities
Fully stocked mini kitchen with dishes, pots, etc.
Conveniently located near a bus stop with many buses
Lockers were available before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful

We booked with breakfast. One week in advanced we were informed that there will be no breakfast possible. Unfortunatelly we did not get our money back for the breakfast fee (56 Euro).
We are angy because breakfast was an important reason for our booking decision. Due to the fact we had to write exams in Munich in the mornings.

Room was nice and clean. The streaming on the TV did not work and though we were assured it would be fixed the following day, it was still not fixed by the time we left two days later. The communication with the staff seemed very dishonest. I got the feeling, they already knew and was just stringing us along

Messe 출장 때문에 일주일 머물렀습니다. 비밀번호 받아서 내집처럼 사용하는 무인아파트 컨셉이며 냉장고, 식기, 조리도구 등 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 지내기 편했습니다. (대신 프런트나 룸서비스는 없습니다.) 도보 거리에 U2 역이 있어 시내와 Messe를 오가기 좋습니다.

I arrived late and it was a warm and welcoming lobby and easy access, with pincodes. The clean room was equipped with coffeemachine, teakettle, and free water and a nice bag of crisps. I also loved the products for body&shower from REN. Very nice place, good value for money.
