I stayed in the hotel several times a few years ago... Back then it was great. Not anymore today... You can see the years in the room etc.
Service... mmm, we reserved and arrived with several children. We had to get bed linen for the sofa bed and put it on separately. The employee who was supposed to do it afterwards wasn't very happy that he had to do it. We preferred to do it ourselves. The breakfast was good, there was something for everyone.

We chose this hotel because there were none available closer to central Munich during Oktoberfest. It turned out to be a great location, as it was quiet, close to public transport, and walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. The room was good, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice. We stayed two nights and would again if we’re back in Munich.

Room was nice and clean, spacious and updated. We stayed in a suite so I can’t speak for other rooms. Location was a bit further from the train than we had thought, however still easy enough to navigate. Staff could do with extra training as they were slow to handle and check in.
