Great design, impossible to be cleaner, friendly, family run hotel. The location is somewhat out of the centre and there isn’t much around - it seems to be an industrial area, but if you have a car and can drive to a restaurant in the evening, House of Records (world records that is) represents unbeatable value for money. It is a little island of comfort and cleanliness. My kids loved reading the world records on the walls. We parked (for free) directly outside. It was all very easy and to be recommended.

Exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful staff who made us feel like we were at home, If making guests feel like at home were a contest, The House of Records hotel would be amongst the top contenders for the world record. Rooms were spotless, 10/10 for cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable and despite having back issues I slept like a baby, mattress was perfect. The room was spacious and thanks to the large window you get plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and felt very safe. You’ll also find a supermarket and some restaurants within 5 min walk. Commuting to & from city centre was quick and easy. We had booked for two nights and decided to extend one more. Highly recommend this hotel! We definitely know it’s where we will stay in any future visits to Munich. Thank you House of Records for such a pleasant stay. George & Nuray
