a great spot close to the Isar and the historic city center. relaxed rooftop bar and the rooms are extrardinary designed A Vivid eighbourhood with many places with extraordinary food , pizza , ice and a great streetllive there. only 15 minuts relxed walk to the opera.

Nice Rooms, friendly staff. Only bad thing was, that ob departure day a sign said that breakfast is available from 8 am, however we left at 8:10 and the breakfast room (bar) was still locked and except one person from housekeeping nobody was around.

I booked this hotel for a short trip with my Mum and it was ideal for us, the location is great - really nice area with lots of trendy bars & restaurants that we would’ve loved to have tried if we had more time! It’s about a 10/15 minute walk to the centre and two train stops to the main station. The staff were great and kindly took in one of our bags that had been delayed when flying over. We stayed in a standard studio and it was very spacious, high ceilings, heated floors in the bathroom (!!!) and a comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast of croissants, juice and coffee was a nice touch too. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends visiting in August.

It was very difficult to find the hotel. Room was great. Heated floors in bathroom were nice. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Late check-in was easy once we located them. Entrance was uninviting being so dark. Really needs an update. Parking was convienent but over priced. Overall 3 1/2 stars.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel in der Ludwigsvorstadt. Das Zimmer war etwas schmierig und roch nach starkem Parfüm. Das Bett sehr gut. Es gibt ein kleines französisches Frühstück am Morgen in der netten Bar mit Blick über München. Leider hatte die Bedienung in der Bar in der Nacht vorher keine Lust und bediente uns nicht mehr, obwohl wir noch zu Öffnungzeiten (0:30 h) kamen.

I enjoyed my time at the Flushing Meadows. The loft room was small but cute. However, the railing on one side of the ladder to reach the loft area was unstable. It needs to be fixed. Otherwise, I had a good stay. The location was convenient, and the staff was fine.

Trendy loft style hotel in a great location for walking around Munich. Close to all of the main attractions. The staff and is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are unique and very comfortable. I have stayed here several times and it’s always been a great experience.

It's anything but a hotel. It’s a trendy bar on the top floor, which also offers rooms, in a residential building with minimalist and cold decoration, like a cement structure without decoration. There are absolutely no common areas to lounge in other than the noisy bar; no service, no reception (the keys are given to you in a hurry at the bar), no breakfast room and you will not meet anyone during your stay except in the cold East Berlin-style stairwell. The rooms are quite pleasant, large and high ceilings, but still with a minimalist and cold modernist decoration, and ultimately cheap, and the mattresses are thin and very soft. It feels a bit like sleeping in a prison or a luxury hospital. All that's missing is the wind, which I could easily see blowing noisily in a gust of wind in the ghostly corridors. In short, none of the services and warmth expected of a good standard hotel and we wonder what the expensive price we pay here is for...
