Super location - netter Service - schöne und gut ausgestattete Zimmer .

This hotel is very average, similar to domestic family hotels. I really think it is very average and has low value for money. Last night was the carnival. The road to the hotel was so noisy that it was very uncomfortable. The hotel's elevators were remodeled and were very inconvenient. They stopped in the middle of the two floors. It was very inconvenient. You had to carry your luggage and get off again. stairs.

I helped a friend get over his fear of flying by taking him to Rosshaupten. We stayed overnight in Munich because I had an early flight back. Rosshaupten is still 3 hours away by train under munchen. The hotel is more than excellent, although they were overbooked, they were able to arrange 2 beautiful rooms. Definitely worth coming back here and or recommending this hotel to others

Everything was very good

The apartment suite with balcony was beautiful and perfect for me and my two adult children. We had room to spread out and the complimentary items were generous and appreciated. Walking distance to major attractions - viktualienmarkt and Marktplatz. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. We only stayed two nights, but it was overall fantastic! Two minor comments: 1) parking was a little confusing and inconvenient if you’re driving. 2) pull out sofa is not very comfortable. The stay was wonderful and these items would not discourage me from staying there again - just offering the information here for awareness to future guests.

Property is dated and needs renovation , rooms have a dingy feel, lighting insufficient . But front office folks are extremely nice and helpful

Great location near the city center, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Parking was off site, but very convenient and not terribly expensive. The restaurant was great, you can make reservations from your room. There were a couple of surprises when we arrived, but overall a great hotel.

The hotel was in a perfect area of downtown Munich. Very comfortable rooms. The rooftop bar/cafe was a wonderful surprise to enjoy one of the sunny days we were there. Best of all though, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.

We booked the apartment at the hotel and loved it! Spacious for our family of 3 for three days, well-equipped kitchen and dining area (coffee maker with plenty of pods, complimentary drinks in mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher), a little balcony and a spacious bathroom w great towels. The apartment had its own secure entry and was just wonderful! Staff was kind and efficient. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and found it cozy and the food delicious. We would absolutely stay again in this great hotel on a lovely street close to Mareinplatz, Vitalienmarket, and a tram that took us straight to/from the central train station.

Overall a great place to stay. Very well located in the city center so it's easy to walk to a ton of places. The only complaint we had was that the WiFi was really hit or miss. It worked for us about 20% of the time in our room. Worked better down in the restaurant. Would have loved to have a more stable connection for streaming, etc. Otherwise a nice hotel.
