Accueil déplorable, il a fallu attendre une heure sous la pluie car la réception était fermée (nous étions 5 clients à attendre). Chambre avec électricité dégradée et dangereuse. Socle de détecteur de fumée présent mais sans détecteur… Sanitaire sans papier toilette, douche avec distributeur de savon sans savon… Propreté a redire partout… La cerise, chambre payée avec petit déjeuner et ce matin (par téléphone car toujours personne à la réception) on nous annonce qu’il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner… Fuyez!

Nous avions réservé via Booking. A notre surprise, toilettes et douches communs à l’étage entier. 1 toilette par étage, autant vous dire qu’il ne faut pas avoir d’envie pressante. Sur les 2 jours de notre séjour, il n’y avait tout bonnement pas d’eau chaude ! Sympa de se laver à la spartiate à l’eau froide via un lavabo.. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie confortable. Quasiment pas de prises électriques, et c’est très mal isolé. La propreté laissait à désirer (miettes par terre, lavabo pas hyper clean..) En bref, ça passe mais si vous trouvez mieux allez y !

The reviews have stopped since 2020 ... today everything is different, it looks like an abandoned structure ... the reception, if you can call it that, opens from 1pm to 3pm ... the rooms are spread over 2 floors of the building, and are accessed via a dilapidated elevator. ground floor, plus it is shared with the back of a restaurant kitchen… I won't tell you the smell! The breakfast, even if on the various sites it is present in the structure, and fortunately I would like to say, is no longer available ... the rooms, some with shared bathrooms, have a carpet that has seen better days ... For 130 euros each at night it is definitely better!

We booked a handicapped room beforehand by e-mail (unfortunately two unanswered!) and then by telephone and requested an earlier check-in from the hectic receptionist. Unfortunately, our phone call was apparently completely erased from memory. The worst and a no-go, however, was that after nine hours of driving, it suddenly turned out that the elevator was not suitable for wheelchair users at all/because it was much too small. So I couldn't get to the rooms and had to find new accommodation on the fly, completely exhausted from the journey. Not once did an apology or justification come from the owner or receptionist, who can simply be described as hectic and unfriendly.
