Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer geräumig aber schwierige Beleuchtung (dunkel),
Badezimmer hatte keine Dusche, duschen nur sitzend in der Badewanne möglich. Badezimmer ungepflegt, verschmutztes Bettlaken auf einem der Betten. Würde aber auf Hinweis unverzüglich gewechselt.

Wer Wert auf ein großes Bad legt, ist hier falsch. Wem Offenheit, Herzlichkeit und allumfassende Freundlichkeit wichtig ist, der ist hier richtig. Ich habe mich noch nie so schnell wirklich willkommen gefühlt wie hier. Wie Zuhause nur schöner.. Und morgens vor dem herrlichen Frühstücksbuffet so warmherzig von Semira (ich hoffe, dass ich ihren Namen richtig geschrieben habe) empfangen zu werden-da geht die Sonne auf! Alle in diesem Haus geben das Gefühl, dass es schön ist, dort zu sein. Ich werde euch alle in meinemHerzen behalten!!!

Trotz bestätigter Reservierung zunächst kein Zimmer. Erst nach fast einer Stunde Check-in dann doch noch möglich. Zimmer wirkte ziemlich runtergekommen. Sehr laut, da zur Straße raus und gegenüber eine Kneipe ist. Für den Preis von EUR 299 eine absolute Frechheit. Das einzig positive an dem Hotel war der bemühte Mitarbeiter am Empfang.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Marienplatz und am englischen Garten, also sehr zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super.
