I stayed here at the Hotel Imperial for 2 nights with my wife and child. Unfortunately, I was very satisfied. The rude staff didn't even greet me nicely. This blonde girl was unfortunately very rude and didn't even wish me a good stay or anything very rude. 👎
Very loud cleaning ladies banging on the door.
Very loud room neighbors
Bathroom very dirty and small.
There was hardly any hot water and since then I've had a cold.
So we got a small room, not what was in the picture.
So out of 10, this hotel is unfortunately 1 star, it's not a family hotel, sorry.
Never, ever at the Hotel Imperial, very very bad and rude and very loud.
Please don't take room 129.

After reading reviews written by other people, I was very concerned that it might not be comfortable. But fortunately, the room was in better condition than expected because it was remodeled :) It was convenient because parking was free, the staff was friendly, and there were many shopping centers and restaurants nearby.

The price performance ratio is very good. Cleanliness too. Despite limited space, there is still enough room to move freely in the bathroom and bedroom. Beds and bathroom are very clean. The location directly on tram line 19 allows you to reach Munich-Pasing train station within a few minutes. In the opposite direction you can get straight to Marienplatz and beyond without changing trains.

It was clean and clean, except for the drain in the bathroom that didn't drain properly. There were plenty of power outlets next to the bed, in the bathroom, and next to the desk.
