Excellent hotel within walking distance of the center. Clean rooms, free minibar, delicious breakfast buffet, parking garage available. Quietly located next to a small park. Small bar where you can order coffee or a drink. Friendly staff.

I spent a few nights in this hotel. The hall coincides with the hotel's bar (a solution more suitable for a guesthouse). The size of the room is satisfactory but furnished in a rather anonymous way. The bathroom is small and old (Czech). Modest breakfast. The only positive note was the courtesy of the staff. But otherwise I advise against it: the quality-price ratio is decidedly unfavorable. A piece of advice: if you arrive with your car, be aware that there are limitations for the most polluting vehicles (check on Google Maps: it provides the link to download the instructions) and that it is not at all easy to find a parking space (they are all paid, as after all the hotel garage which costs €20 per day).

You are spoiled, you get a call when you arrive. The spaces in the garage are reserved. The breakfast is also nice and the rooms - if you choose the big ones, you're doing everything right. Good location, good prices, what more could you want... well, less belly so you can use the shower better :o)

Very disappointed. Room 206 had a nasty toilet/sewer type of smell. I thought smell will go away after leaving bath window open, but it didn't. During my last night smell went very bad in middle of night, I lost sleep. No front desk service from 9pm till morning. Place feels like Hostel living and not Hotel. Only positive is breakfast service, very nice breakfast.

This was our first visit to Munich and we were not sure where to stay. For us this was a good location. A small walk to the city center. The hotel is very clean and the staff accommodating. The breakfast was good with a variety of options for everyone. They have a robot which transports your used dishes from your table. It tends to get in the way when moving about the breakfast area. We will consider the Prinz for our next journey to Munich.

Everyone was so friendly and kind. The room was quaint, but all that we needed. There was a path access along the river just across the street. It about a 15 minute walk to get to the subway. We walked a lot, and really enjoyed our stay. It was in a quiet area.

Tolle Unterkunft unweit der Isar. Service klasse, freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet wirklich gut, auch wenn es bis 10:30 Frühstück gibt, wird man nicht gedrängelt zu gehen, sondern man kann in Ruhe fertig frühstücken. Preis-Leistung wirklich 1a und nur zu empfehlen.
