The location was very convenient and I prefer being able to make breakfast in the room (small grocery store next to the hotel also helped)

Vriendelijk personeel en prima kamer. Eigenlijk een in alle opzichten zeer goed hotel.
Minpunt is dat de kamer bijna niet koel te krijgen is (en dat in januari). Wel hierover iemand van de staf geïnformeerd, maar met onvoldoende resultaat.

Sehr ruhige Zimmer; zentral gelegen; es ist ine kleine Küche im Zimmer und die Getränke, 2 x Wasser und 2 x Bier waren kostenlos.

Maisonette Zimmer abgewohnt und völlig überhitzt. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, trotz mehrfacher Hinweise. Möbel abgewohnt, nur Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg als Dusche, Bad dreckig und wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Personal unwissend und unfreundlich. Daher ist es wohl Pflucht, alles direkt bei Anreise im Voraus zu zahlen.

Dreimal und nie wieder. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Ich konnte die Temperatur im Zimmer weder runter noch hoch drehen. Es verging jedoch einige Zeit, bis mir das auffiel, denn wenn man die Einstellung an der Klimaanlage verändert, springt tatsächlich der Ventilator an. Es kommt jedoch weder warme noch kalte Luft heraus. Auf Nachfrage bestätigte man mir dies auch. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man mir das beim Bezug des Zimmers gesagt hätte. Dann hätte ich gleich Nachts das Fenster geöffnet, um es im Zimmer kühler zu haben. Nächster Kritikpunkt: das Wifi funktionierte nur sporadisch. Dreimal habe ich dies bei der Rezeption bemängelt. Dreimal habe ich darauf nichts gehört. Die Kopfkissen sind auch ein flacher Witz. Die Matratze war okay, die Bettdecke schön warm, das Hotel ruhig. Einer der zwei Aufzüge war während der gesamten Dauer meines einmonatigen Aufenthalts außer Betrieb. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, nicht erst beim Ausschecken nach einem Aufenthalt von einem Monat gefragt zu werden, wie es mir gefallen hat. So hat man einen Stammgast vergrault.

Kitchen, bathroom, room itself - everything was cozy and convenient . Nearest supermarket just next door to reception , coffee machine in the room, available balcony. Those all are plusses. Minus - quality of the internet not always as expected
