Very satisfied! The hotel in Germany is clean, has good service attitude, has kitchenware, complete and new facilities, simple and elegant decoration style, good quality, and no smell!

Good location in the heart of Au-Heidehausen

zentral gelegen, einerseits zum Geschäftsviertel und Nähe Stadtmitte, andererseits bei Haidhausen mit prima Lokalen und Kneipen. Ganz ruhige Strasse. 
sauber. 24h desk, gut eingerichtete Kleinküche.
Ich komme wieder.

Centrally located, on the one hand close to the business district and the city center, on the other hand near Haidhausen with great restaurants and bars. Very quiet street.

The location is very good, very close to the Deutsches Museum, passing through a green belt and a very beautiful river. And even walking to Munich city centre and Marianne Square is 20-30 minutes. And the separation of a river makes the hotel very quiet. And next to the hotel is an Audi 4S shop, you can go in and see the price of Audi in Germany, haha  But I have to say that the conditions inside the room are really average. I am giving the room type with a loft inside the top floor. The bedroom was very small, and I could only put down a bed. I was very happy to see that the bedroom was pushed out and there was a large terrace. But then I found that the terrace was completely connected to the next door, which was not in line with the Chinese people’s habits. It also makes people feel unsafe. The air conditioning in the room is almost equal to the display, plus a few days just arrived in Munich, the sun is shining, it is very hot. So it is difficult to sleep at night. I don't know if it is only the top floor room type.  This is an apartment-style hotel with a kitchen in the room. If you want to cook for yourself, it is very convenient. I don't know what it is. In the few days we stayed, we saw that almost half of the tourists in the hotel were Indians. The room area was full of curry.

The first floor is too hot, the second floor is good, the breakfast is awesome, the first floor is booked, the fat guy at the front desk is very patient to help change the room and want to tip when checking out, but he rests, the hotel is recommended!

Breakfast is very good. Good location. Only two stops from Marienplatz. Distance from central station is only four stops. At the airport, you can take the S8 city rail directly.
