Great, I liked everything.
The location is excellent, in the so-called Arab Quarter. There are a lot of cafes, next to the station, and the main attractions are a 15-minute walk away.
The room has everything you need, tea, coffee, minibar. The room is spacious, clean, Breakfast is included in the stay, very filling, a variety of cheeses, sausages, sausages, omelettes, yoghurts, fruits, etc.
Overall I liked everything.

If you go here take room from floors 4 or upwards... There is a sex/***** bar next to the hotel and the walls are paper and you can hear everything if you sleep in 1 or second floor. The *****club was open until 5 AM so be prepared to hear everything. If you cant sleep with noise around I dont recommend sleeping in the first 3 floors.. Positives, the breakfast was good! They even had a nutella machine. Customer service in the desk was very pleasent and comfy. Its also quite cheap hotel so you never can get perfect in this price category

Sadly, there are a number of erotic night clubs very close by. The area just wasn't very pleasant, although at no time did we feel unsafe.
The hotel itself was great. It was close to transportation, had a free breakfast, which was excellent, and was surpringly quiet.

Location was perfect for me, very close to the Central Train station and Karlsplatz then Marienplatz. It is small with no real lounge area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good value. Clean warm room. Very close to station. And not far from Marienplatz a plaza with plenty of shops and restaurants. I was given a breakfast bag on my last day as I was going to miss the sit down breakfast, which was always good. Afghan restaurant next door yummy. 👍👍👍
