This is the 3rd time that I am staying here, rooms and location are good. I must comment on the front desk lady, Ms Mira, she was very helpful.

Excellent location and the room is clean though a bit small for 2. If the room with more bright lights would be much better. Anyway, we had the comfortable stay and highly recommended for a short stay.

The hotel room is very spacious and clean. The hotel gave us many free gifts at the hotel room, such as a bottle of sparkling water and candies. However the A/C is not working, which makes the room to be a bit hot.

No comment due to itinerary change and didn't stay there in the end.

The hotel is older than it looks in the photos. There is not enough lighting in the room and the towels are stained. What is particularly unforgettable is that the pillows are very uncomfortable, flat and thin. I woke up with neck pain for two nights, and the attitude of the waiters was also very unfriendly. Often act as if they don’t want to help and are dissatisfied. In addition, there is a bit of a strange feeling in the hotel corridor, which can give you a creepy feeling. It may be because the entire hotel environment is dark and dark, and the price is relatively high. The only thing is that the location is close to the Central Station, which is more convenient, but there are many hotels nearby, so I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. Only when I checked out at the end, I was given two pieces of chocolate, which was a bit of comfort.

The hotel rooms are newly decorated, with good sanitary conditions, convenient location near the train station, rich buffet, good service attitude of the restaurant waiters, and New Year chocolates. The only bad thing is that the male receptionist at the front desk has a stiff attitude and doesn't smile.

The service is very poor. They won’t refund the money even if you can’t get to the hotel due to heavy snow. It’s not recommended for Chinese people to stay here.

The room is relatively small and the facilities are relatively simple, but it is still quite clean and the breakfast is quite good. The main advantage is that it is very close to Munich Central Station, only a 2-3 minute walk away. I took the train the next morning, so I chose this hotel.

Overall, it's OK. For business travel, the distance is right and the price is right.

The hotel is good. Train station three minutes walk. Friendly young man at the reception. The breakfasts are good. Cleaning is not very good. The area is so-so (many beggars and homeless people). It is very loud in the evening and at night (young people hang out in bars), and in the morning the garbage trucks take out the garbage (you can’t get enough sleep). The pillows are very thin and shapeless, and the bed linen and towels are stained and do not smell clean.
