Hotel and staff were top notch.
We needed extra help driving to the place by car, so make sure to just call the hotel and they will guide you (it’s in a pedestrian zone!). Mini bar well stocked, motorized shades were lovely, room was gorgeous and well appointed. Very quiet except at night when some drunk people would sing outside…
Would have appreciated 2 extra towels for long hair, and also more, and more conveniently located outlets. They had a huge minibar, but we needed more places to plug in our things and less booze ;)
In all, excellent off-season stay in a stunningly gorgeous hotel that was in a top location near everything!

Hotel muito bem localizado! Ele fica bem próximo da marienplatz. E dá para fazer quase tudo a pé. O hotel divide o espaço com a loja oficial do Bayer de Munique. E tem um atendimento muito bom. O Ajas se destaca pela simpatia e prestatividade. Super gente boa e vale o destaque!

Wonderful service & staff! Hotel in a fantastic position. Large and comfortable room Excellent breakfast Kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. Special mention for our italian Costanza, who made us feel "pampered". Thanks so much, we will come back, certainly!

Fantastic hotel. The location was excellent, the service was excellent and the food (particularly the breakfast) was amazing. We really enjoyed our time there. I can see why it is in Germany’s top 100 hotels!

The DO & CO lived up to all of its excellent reviews. My partner and I loved this place. It was centrally located in the heart of Old Towne Munich. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were good about providing restaurant suggestions and identifying "must see" spots in the city. When we got to our room, we found a personalized welcome note from the staff; a very nice touch. The room was on the top floor and was spacious, clean, and with a modern layout and furnishings. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, but it was jampacked every night. My only minor criticism of our accommodation was that the pillows were too soft and offered no support. However, when we requested additional pillows, the staff was extremely responsive. I highly recommend the DO & CO, and we would definitely stay there again.

Cannot compliment this hotel enough. I don’t want to stay anywhere else when I visit Munich and I can’t wait to come back! The value for money is really worth every cent. The room is very spacious and comfortable and the staff is super friendly! I loved the small details in the room that I’ve not seen elsewhere and of course as a Bayern fan - I loved the detail and proximity to FC Bayern World! I hope to be back soon and to be a regular every time i visit Munich!
