I am a big fan of this chain because you always know what quality you can expect. The rooms here were also very pleasant and the lobby was nice. The service was fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh fruit salad and croissants. The coffee was also delicious.

This place is ridiculous. Wanted to add a day. Trying on the same website a day after my initial reservation. The website bombed, citing issues. They do not pick up the phone, I tried for a cumulative 3 hours over the last month. Calling another branch it said to contact via email, still no response, it then said contact via website, still no response. This is totally unprofessional. Shall they be staying in business? I doubt it very much!

The staff was very friendly and check-in was super quick. The room was adequate and clean, I found the breakfast to be very filling and there was a large selection... I was completely satisfied, and I would definitely recommend it.

I'm usually happy to be a guest, but for the second time in a row I noticed that the rooms had only been cleaned superficially (hair in the sink from the previous occupant or the cleaner, dirty mirror...). In addition, the mattresses have obviously suffered over time and should be replaced. They appear to be saggy.
