Das Bett ist sehr niedrig.., nicht super bequem..
Es war ein großes Problem, dass es am frühen Morgen kein heisses Wasser aus der Hahn Floß🥶😬😬... für den Start in den Tag nicht optimal!! Habe wahrscheinlich ca.20 min laufen lassen gehabt- aber trotzdem keine Dusche möglich gewesen😬

This is a good alternative to an ordinary hotel, as each room has its own kitchenette.
I think that's where the positives end.
The hotel is near a busy highway, and the window in my room did not shut properly, meaning I could hear the road all night.
There are some issues with cleanliness. My toilet had a suspicious "present" in it upon arrival, and there were someone else's hairs on the shelf. I have pictures of these but still spare you.

Difficile de communications. Le bureau n’était pas ouvert à tous les jours et juste à certaines heures . Pas frendly user pour l’arrivée. Hôtel très propre, tout est là pour la cuisine. L’Épicerie et restaurants loin de l’établissement Dans un secteur très industriel . Transport à 10 minutes de marche. En résumé, une fois la compréhension de l’admission, séjour dans l’appartement très agréable

Nous avons séjourner dans cet hôtel du 26 au 31 décembre 2023. La chambre est équipée d'une petite cuisine très pratique , le seul gros bémol est qu'en 5 jours personnes ne vient faire le ménage (pas de balai à disposition pour s'en occuper nous même) nous avons même demandé a la dame qui s'occupe du ménage si elle pouvait passer ,elle nous a repondu oui mais personnes n'est venu !!!!! Les poubelles ne sont pas vidées non plus c'est a nous de nous debrouiller à trouver des contenairs (aucune indication à l'arrivée !!!!!) Le seul point positif est qu'il est situé à 10 min du stade , 15 min du musée BMW et 20 min de dachau (en voiture).

Overall, this place is fine as an aparthotel - an alternative to the business hotels nearby.
The automated check-in was pretty annoying, as the system claimed my room was unavailable (despite being after the check-in time), only working on the third attempt.
There are some maintenance issues - the basin didn't drain because it was full of hair, and the shower drain smelled bad.
The room was quite stuffy / airless, despite trying to get ventilation from the window.
The mattress is more like a futon.

We booked for 3 weeks at the apar**ent, the first room had a faulty window and we were not able to open for ventilation. Service engineer was unable to repair and we had to move to a smaller room where the bed was smaller at only 140cm x 200cm (smaller than a standard queen) and sags in the middle providing poor back support. Though this time we can open the window for some air, it opens to a walkway where smokers gather and others take their breaks on the steps on level 5. Also we were reminded that this is not a hotel so we should not expect much.

This is a service apt in the tech area(Microsoft, IBM, Amazon etc) with front desk support available during business hours. Easier to contact with WhatsApp as well. First time to Munich. Alexandra at front desk was super nice & amazingly helpful. She took time to go over the place, showed how to recreate keys & let us check in early. Kudos to her, my trip to Munich had a great start. Thanks Alexandra!!!

Notre séjour s’est bien passé.
Dommage que l’insonorisation des chambres soit si mauvaise ( on entends les clients du dessus marcher dans la nuit, les femmes de ménage parler fort tôt le matin..)
