Unfortunately in my experience the property was more style over substance. The heating in my room wasn't working and reception said no technician was available to fix it until the next day. They only offered me a space heater after I pointed out it was -2 degrees out and impossible to be without heating. The staff were not apologetic about the broken heating. The standing shower also did not drain well and overflowed. On the positive side the hotel was clean and quiet.

Sehr gut gelegen. Gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Personal ist freundlich. Die durch Passanten und Verkehr gegeben Lautstärke ist im Zimmer leider zu hören. Daher schauen, dass ihr ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels bekommt. Betten waren für unseren Geschmack leider unbequem. Zimmerdesign ist gelungen.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind neu und modern ausgestattet. Alles war in einem Top Zustand. Das Bett war super bequem. Das Personal war auch jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super zentral mit gutem Anschluss an die U-Bahn. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.
Einziger Kritikpunkt, bei den nicht ganz günstigen Übernachtungspreisen dürfte das Frühstück auch inklusive sein.

Das Personal ist so unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Das Hotel ist super Schall isoliert. Trotz vieler begeisterter NFL Fans war es im ganzen Hotel ruhig. Auch Straßengeräusche waren nicht zu hören.
Zudem fand ich es schön, dass man im Zimmer die Fenster öffnen konnte. Die Beleuchtung des Bettes erzeugt ein tolles Ambiente und die Matratze ist schön fest.
Einziges Manko für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist, dass ein Schrank oder eine andere Ablagefläche fehlt, um seine Kleidung ordentlich wegzuräumen. Da wir nur 2 Nächte im Hotel übernachteten war dies allerdings völlig ok für uns.
Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in München werden wir wieder im HOtello einchecken.
