A deeply disappointing experience from start to finish! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, the rooms were not ready, and we were forced to wait until 6 PM to receive a room. The cleanliness left much to be desired – the cleaning staff appeared sporadically and worked hastily, with no attention to detail. The breakfast was modest at best, with no noticeable difference between what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel and the supposed 5-star standard of this establishment. The dinner was even worse – subpar, tasteless, and lacking variety. To make matters worse, we were charged extra for everything: parking, the ski locker, and other services that should have been included in the price at a 5-star hotel. At one point, we were expecting to be charged for using the elevator! The experience ended as poorly as it began: at check-out, the staff tried to make us pay again for what we had already paid on Booking. We had to show them our bank statement as proof of payment, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This is, without a doubt, the only hotel I would never return to, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
