Stated for a night. Requested an extension for checkout by an hr but they wanted 1000. This is because my request on maje my trip wasn't forwarded to the hotel as per them and no confirmation was received. Location is just average though easy accessibility to main road. Balcony view is very poor dur to lorry parking yard just next to the hotel building

Super cool location, easy access to main areas of munnar. Parking available, well behaved staff, good fit for family. Room are neat and clean.

Whatever you will ask for you are going to hear no first from the hotel staff. Room service is not available at hotel. You will have to struggle for even a cup of coffee or tea. It is understandable that their restaurant isn’t operating for room service but the at-least they can provide tea/coffee. You can not expect a guest to go outside of hotel for morning tea/coffee. This is very basic.
