The entire team made us feel welcomed and ensured our stay was comfortable and memorable. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to Saju, Renjith, Anandhu, Adhitya, and the amazing chefs for their warm hospitality, excellent service, and genuine care throughout our stay. Their dedication and attention to detail made our experience even more special. The food was absolutely excellent! We especially appreciate the chefs for preparing less spicy meals on our special request for our child. Their willingness to accommodate our needs with such care and attention made us feel truly valued. The service was prompt, the staff were always friendly and attentive, and every team member went above and beyond to make us feel at home. "While the staff at Club Mahindra Mount Serene were incredibly helpful and their service was excellent, the property itself is seriously showing its age and is in dire need of an upgrade. The resort feels quite old, and we were particularly disappointed with the ground floor rooms. They offer absolutely no views, which is a real shame given the scenic surroundings Munnar is known for. Amenities are very limited – there's no swimming pool, no gym, and hardly any activities on-site to keep guests engaged. For basic amenities, we had to travel about 2 kilometers to another Club Mahindra property, and the road to get there was quite poor, making it an inconvenient and uncomfortable trip. In summary, the dedicated and helpful staff truly made our stay bearable with their excellent service. However, the property itself falls short. Club Mahindra Mount Serene has great potential, but it desperately needs a significant renovation and a serious boost in on-site amenities to match the expectations of a Club Mahindra property."

"Once we reached the location, we found that we are very very far away from munnar but the location was in an thich forest area. We booked this only one main reason, which was for tree house experience, which was denied for us. The resort claimed, we didnt book a tree house one instead its a very very basic simple double room. There isnt an option for picking a tree house and nowhere it was mentioned its a simple double room. For the price i paid, its simply not worthy. The only good thing enjoyed was the food, and the team at the restaurant had the smile and provided best customer service. Thanks to them. Please be little cautious with this resort, as there are simple rooms and also tree houses. Please make sure to pick the tree house and not the deluxe room and its not worthy the price they ask, also its completely remote from munnar."

The reception and concierge teams were also incredibly quick to help with anything we needed and always provided the right information. The restaurant team deserves a special mention—the food was top-notch, and they were genuinely willing to go the extra mile, even accommodating requests and preparing items outside the regular menu. A big shout-out to Bhavana, Rajnish, Suchitra and Lison for their friendly, warm and enthusiastic service. Their hospitality perfectly complemented the excellent food and made our dining experience memorable. Overall, a lovely stay with great food, wonderful service and a beautiful setting."
