The balcony views were pleasant and added to the overall experience. The check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but Mr. Aman, was very helpful and attentive throughout. The rooms were spacious and clean, though could be slightly better equipped. The housekeeping team, especially Prabir, was responsive and ensured that all requests were handled at the earliest. The restaurant offered a decently good variety of options, and the dining experience was made pleasant by the warm and attentive service from Vishnu and Anu Mol. The property includes just standard recreational facilities such as a game room, mini golf area, and swimming pool only. Overall, it’s a solid option for a quick stopover or short visit, especially for those looking for convenience and comfort, while still having access to decent amenities and warm service."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The room was very comfortable with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating, particularly Matthew and Jishnal in the restaurant. There is no bar at the hotel but we came prepared and bought our own beer, which the hotel refrigerated for us. The location is not in Munnar but this did not matter to us as we had a driver. We would definitely stay here again"

If you want a great holiday in Munnar-, I suggest you find another hotel"

"It's a nice resort with a great view of the forest. A good place for a family vacation. The breakfast buffet was also decent with north and south indian dishes. They provided us jeep service for pick up and drop off to the property as it's connected by a very steep road. Overall a good stay."

"The room was decent, remember there is no view of any hills or valley and the hotel is surrounded by buildings only. The room give an good feel but there are time limits to when we will get the hot water. Also my compliments goes to the Restaurent staff and chef, the food was 10/10 and the staff was so helpful and friendly they would do reminders calls to out room for breakfast and dinner. Over all experience amazing would definitely stay again. "

Nature Zone Munnar - A Real Jungle Resort - Authentic Tree House and Premium Tents
"Firstly the positive - the staff are wonderful, the food is good, and you are indeed in nature. But, this was not the hotel for us. Because of being so close to nature, you are at the mercy of said nature. We had booked two nights at Nature Zone but those nights coincided with a lot of rain and mist and fog - all things that happen in nature - but it meant our room and bed were damp and uncomfortable. The access road to the property is unbelievably rough - which is fun and interesting once, but when your planned activities mean you will have to do that run four times, that's going to get old. I know the property is in a nature zone - through really beautiful tea plantations - but I wish the owners invested a little more in the access. Anyone with any injuries or post-surgical issues could not manage that exceedingly bumpy ride in a jeep. Also, the access around the site is not at all for anyone with mobility issues - this needs to be made clear. And then there are the rats... Ok, we were told that if we had any "snacks" it would be "a good idea" (or words to that effect) that we leave them at reception because "animals" might come into our room. We thought we'd finished our snacks, and would keep our doors closed, so we should be ok. Nope. Turns out we had some (forgotten) dates left over and some packaged chocolate as a gift, so in came the rats.... That's on us, as we were told, but had the manager emphasised it applied to all food - even securely packaged food - and that those animals would be rats, we might have thought harder. But, as I say, we made that mistake. For my low rating is more that the tree houses were very damp and in need of a refurbish, and that the bed itself was damp, and that the access was so terrible. I couldn't stay there another night. The manager and owner tried to make it right by changing our room, but we knew they'd be all the same and we just were very uncomfortable. We decamped to Spice Tree and were utterly delighted at our decision. But I must say, had the weather been dry, had we been smarter - or made more aware - of the food issue, we may have had another night. But there's still the access issue... Honestly, the staff were lovely and helpful, and this property will suit a lot of people - just not us. "
