First time staying here only stayed for one night but the hotel was nice. Room was clean, bathroom was clean and well stocked, bed was comfortable.

We were able to check in early which was convenient. Later in the afternoon a strange man came in my room with a room key. He told me they had just checked him in and gave him this room. Front desk called and wanted to move me since they showed me in a different room. I told them that wasn't going to happen so they just moved me in their system.
Tv wouldn't stay on a channel. After 15 minutes would go back to the Hilton honers screen. Staff had to come up and fix.
Two weeks after our stay i discovered that my ear buds were missing from the case. I knew that the last time I saw them was when I moved the case from the table in our room to my suitcase. I called to report to management they said someone would reach out to me and no one has.

3 generations of family/friends (college age to 88) had 4 rooms when in town for nephew MTSU graduation; reservations were made about a year ahead but adjusted multiple times in month before; Jude was great for my sister to deal with regarding every detail & change; frustrating that room price jacked up for graduation weekend but assume par for course; frustrating also that hotel "oversold" & we received a call as we pulled into the parking lot to check in w/the proposition of us going to another hotel at Hilton's expense; we refused; facility very nice; rms correct & all together; front desk staff pleasant/helpful; lobby restaurant menu limited but food good; Fri/Sat bartender Isabelle/Izzy all kinds of fun, excellent at what she did, & a master of customer service

We have stayed here a few times on our travels through the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean & comfortable. It is close to many restaurants that we have walked to. Very nice area. The reason we did not give it 5 stars was the breakfast bar and coffee bar. Eggs were cold and had been sitting awhile. The coffee pots were dirty and the coffee was also cold. If not for these 2 things it would have been 5 stars. We will continue to stop here.
