We had the heater warmed so much that we had to open the window at night. And the reduction of the power level at least per unit resulted in its complete cooling. The lack of a dressing closet in the bedroom on the lower floor also contributed to discomfort. All things are stored in the closet on the top, to change clothes go there, and before sleeping clothes either put on the floor, or again carry upstairs. The toilet paper holder is so tied behind the landing that it was constantly uncomfortable to turn hands back))) It was difficult to eat. One restaurant worked in the hotel. We had a Christmas post at first, but the post menu in the restaurant do not know)) Everything is very delicious, but very fat. To the city center by taxi minutes 15-20, in good restaurants the tables were booked until January 10, we checked)) Although it is possible to order food with delivery, There are common microwave in which you can heat. Tropical bath, of course, in general good – hill, three types of bath, children's bath. But in these holidays, we thought, there was not only the whole hotel all day, But half of Murmansk)) So diving in the pool was not meaningful)) Plus. The main plus of the hotel, from my point of view, are staff, staff – Respecific, customer department, clining, technical staff, restaurant staff. All exceptionally very kind and responsive. I asked for an extra pillow, I was given it, although the hotel was a bit!!! Our family camp had its own program, under it all the facilities were created in the hotel. We had a big hall with New Year's Christmas tree with tables for creative workshops and for fairs and concerts. Morning time from 8 to 10 in the Tropic Swimming Pool was given to our children with a pediatric coach. At breakfast, from our point of view, there were even more dishes than required. About vegetables, cut, omlet, eggs and sausages I don't even say. But there were, say, the delicious pancakes with tortoise and meat, there was even a saturated soup every morning! Worked a coffee machine, Desserts lay with a lot of choice. And our granddaughter kept making hot toasts in the toast! Our room was a sauna. It was small but heated quickly. And it was a significant plus - after winter walks to warm well)) There is a teapot and refrigerator – this is a big plus. Well, of course, the availability of the ski complex (ski equipment for hotel guests for 3 hours free) – is a huge plus. There, except for mountain skiing, we rolled on winter banana, on wattrushes, the granddaughter went on hask. There are still snowmen and winter fishing. Нет не одной розетки рядом с кроватью , чтобы зарядить телефон ночью. Ремонт напоминающий Советский Союз, дырка в плитке в душе вместо ванной, причем выглядящая не осень привлекательно. Душ не очень легко регулируется. Но в целом чисто. Завтрак не очень понравился, хотя я совсем не привередлива. Все пресное. Яйца с смяту аж с серым желтком. Отель расположен от центра на значительном расстоянии, на общественном транспорте ехать минимум полчаса. В отеле очень сильно пахло подвальной сыростью, не заселенные номера постоянно для проветривания находились с открытой дверью, отчего запах расходился по всему отелю. На сайте указано, что при отеле есть бассейн, но как оказалось что в бассейн надо куда-то ехать. В общем впечатление не очень. Для одной ночи вполне подходит, когда надо просто переночевать. Рядом с отелем есть ”пятерочка”.

A small sink on which nothing is put. Over the sink a closet with a mirror. There is a toilet paper and liquid soap. Three towels per person (one on the floor). There is a refrigerator in the room, a closet for clothes, a table, two chairs and shelves at beds. In different rooms there are different numbers of rosetates (in one only two, one under the refrigerator, in the other six). Breakfast is scarce, meat is only a cut of smoked sausage, coffee soluble. Wi-Fi is, periodically requires reconnection. On the second floor there is a house room with microwave and washing machines. Washing clothes can be free, but here dry nowhere. So if you plan to wash, take a rope with you to pull on the balcony. Resettlement is quick, cash payment and card. The corridor and balcony are well heard. Отличный отель! Цена/качество полностью соответствуют друг другу. Отличный современный интерьер (что в номерах, что в холле на рецепшн). Очень приветливый и оперативный персонал, который находится на стойке регистрации всегда - вас обязательно встретят в любое время дня и ночи. Что очень порадовало, так это наличие штор блэк-аут: в номере кромешная темнота несмотря на то, что за окном светит солнце! Ванная комната чистая, все принадлежности (гель для душа, шампунь и тд) в наличии, чистые полотенца для тела, рук и ног, фен. Также в номере есть небольшой холодильник, чайничек, кофе, чай, сахар и чашки, что тоже немало важно! Если вы путешествуете на авто, то у вас однозначно не возникнет проблем с парковкой авто - она огромная и ее хватит на большое количество машин. Если вернусь в Мурманск, обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле ещё раз, да и знакомым порекомендую! Спасибо персоналу 🙂
