"It's a bit cramped. If you're just sleeping at night, it's not so bad; we forced ourselves to come back late and stay in Moore longer. The cabin we booked at the previous place felt even smaller here. Two beds are fine for girls, but boys might bump their heads. Families should definitely book tickets; three people should book two cabins. Families with children should look at other places first. It's a short stay, but it has a private bathroom."

"Highly recommended! The hotel sign is large and easy to find; the iconic Moorish thermometer is right outside the door, and the huge Okem supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are on the first floor, so no need to carry luggage up stairs! They even gave us a handwritten welcome card with our names on it and some cookies upon check-in – so thoughtful! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. All amenities are provided, including toiletries. There's also a dining area and microwave in the common areas. The only drawback might be that the bathroom mirror is quite high… perhaps it's designed with the average Dutch height in mind."

"The room was clean and tidy! The facilities were complete and easy to find! There was also a supermarket nearby! However, the room was incredibly cold! It was the coldest room I stayed in during my 15 days in Russia! I contacted the hotel but they said they couldn't help us, so I just had to tough it out for the night! It was a super cold room! I slept in very cold all night."

"Stayed in a family room at the end of July. It has one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, and the sofa in the living room can sleep one person. The open kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, tableware, a fridge, and a dining table. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature. You need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. Great Location Right in the city center, about a 10–12 minute walk to the Murmansk Railway Station. Walking distance to a Magnit supermarket, McDonald's, and restaurants, plus there are budget-friendly grocery stores nearby—very convenient. Short taxi ride to the Lenin Nuclear Icebreaker (reservation required in advance) and the Alyosha Monument (currently under renovation). It is situated inside a courtyard, and the room faces the inner yard, so it's very quiet at night with no street noise. Visa Registration They can handle Russian tourist registration and provide the slip at the front desk, which is crucial for travelers. The front desk is open 24/7, making late-night check-ins easy. Staff speak basic English, and translation apps work completely fine. Value for Money Very affordable per person for a group of three. Highly recommended if you are on a budget."

"Overall, the hotel is good; we stayed in a Deluxe room with a sauna and a living room! But the service could use some work. The receptionist disappointed me twice: 1. The tone and face with which she demanded my child's birth certificate was, to put it mildly, odd. I gave her my child's passport and showed her the stamp in my passport where the child was registered, but she didn't check in. I had the certificate, but I just asked. If these are the rules, and let's say the child was flying on a passport, without a certificate, wouldn't you have checked me in with the child, given that package of documents? She continued citing the rules and spouting nonsense until I said it was time to stop and think about it; I could write a review, after all. But she went to management and came back, said it was okay... I gave her the certificate and said it would be nice if such a wonderful hotel stopped having such a terrible check-in experience. 2. The plane was delayed. We checked the day before to see if we could check in early, and they quoted us 4,500. I said that if the plane wasn't delayed, we'd pay on the spot. Check-in was after 3:00 PM. We arrived at 2:30 PM. They tried to charge me, but I started asking if they were serious about charging me 4,500 for 30 minutes. I'd wait in the cafe, not ready to pay. We went back to management, and they checked us in. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the room or breakfast."

However, the room is a bit small; after opening two 28-inch suitcases, there's hardly any space to walk around. "This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our 12-day trip to Russia. The room was mini, I admit, but the heating was incredibly weak, and the blankets were very thin. We slept in thick thermal underwear. The service was terrible. The receptionist refused to let us know our request (to store our luggage) before we even explained it – no, no, no, no! There was absolutely no room for negotiation. Honestly, I've never encountered a hotel in the world that wouldn't let us store our luggage. The breakfast was simple and okay, but after we got our food, they didn't even replace the empty plates. One star is for the male staff member who not only helped us with our luggage (there's no elevator, so we had to carry everything ourselves) but also, despite everyone else's objections (the receptionist kept saying no), allowed us to store our luggage."
