This hotel is on the beach. It had numerous activities . It has a games room . Sports shops food places nightclub clubs great food nice pool great friendly staff on site shop pool tables everything you could wish for in a family holiday . The kids really enjoyed it

My review seems to have been deleted, worst hotel EVER, overpriced, overcrowded totally misrepresented on TUI site. All inclusive by name only - ice creams amounted to milk lolly accessed at only restaurant, drinks awful, limited all round, entertainment bad, apart from Tui reps. Will never return.

Made skipped our room cleaning. Very noisy room facing the back of the kitchen. Wifi did not reach our room.

We had a great time at this hotel! It’s really family oriented and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Lots of activity for kids, lots of options for food in the hotel and also around the property. There is also a grocery shopping right outside the hotel, very convenient. Overall we had a great experience.

Great location if you like to chill by the pool and stroll to the beautiful beach right on its doorstep this hotel is for you. For us its location was a bit limited is theres not that much else to do (walkable distance wise) but thats my fault for not reading the hotel description i guess. It didnt help it was mid May and the weather wasnt great so at times were a bit bored. The pools are of a really nice size and quantity , but as the weather was about 20c they were freezing - i think it would be good if at least if one pool was heated. All inclusive food was good , although i thought it was a bit bland and kids selection was exactly the same every day ! cheap pizza , hardly any toppings , the other selection was pasta. Drinks ok , but had to queue for a long time in evenings and beer served in small plastic beakers.. Beer was one selection only, Amstel , annoying as thats not a great beer in my opinion , there are much better Spanish beers , why not have them ! My 16 yr old son fell quite ill during our stay with a stomach bug and i did start to question some of the hygiene standards of the grills especially green and grill where the cooks handle raw chicken and never wash them and continue to cook with dripping wet chicken hands and then touching other meats before cooking them . But in fairness to them I couldnt see a sink behind them to wash in. Im sure that pratice would not be acceptable in the uk and im sure spain have the same strict conditions. Sometimes as tourists we turn a blind eye to poor food practices as we are relaxed and happy in the sun, but its not so funny if you get ill. All in all an ok stay , a big plus for the hotel is their staff, so friendly and hardworking!

Great spacious rooms, great food, entertainment could be more professional for the cost of the holiday. Location right on the beach which was perfect for us, staff pleasant. Great for families with small children, had a lovely Week here with children and grandchildren and made some very special memories, thanks TUI.

The Good: The staff could not have been more helpful with special mention to reception who helped us out with a couple of difficult problems. The rooms were clean and spacious with large balconies. The beach was lovely but doesn't belong to the hotel so you need to pay for sunbeds. The baby lounge was cool, comfortable with toys, microwave and changing facilities. The bars and restaurants were quite efficient, sometimes no queue sometimes ? up to 10 mins. The Average: the food was ok, probably about what you would expect from an all inclusive. Some of the labelling in the restaurants was quite bizarre. I t felt almost as if somebody had moved them around. Could be a problem if you had allergies. The once / week a la carte was good and we had a super meal at the barbecue restaurant. Biggest filet steak I have ever had! The gym was ok but sometimes too busy and the air conditioning was not always on. Entertainment Ok. The Bad: The pool area was much too crowded. When we arrived if you wanted 4 beds together be up by 7.00. In the middle of the 2 weeks probably 8. They were much too close together often with no gaps. Therefore sometimes you need to climb on from the end. As soon as people start moving them the walkways become blocked. Very difficult with a pram! We tried to find beds in the area between the pool and the beach but most of the beds were broken so they sagged. I'm guessing with people trying to get on and off they flop on and break them. This area was not cleaned adequately and there was often litter from the day before! Cleaners, look under the beds! The wi-fi, very little signal in our room which was at the end of a block. Other family members nearer the centre found it better. There was not enough signal to book via the TUI blue app which we were encouraged to use but couldn't.
