"This place is fantastic! I booked a single room for my solo trip, including two meals. Here are some advantages: 1. Excellent location, car-free. It's conveniently located in Alcudia, easily accessible from both the Parma city center bus terminal and the airport by direct bus! The beach, a beautiful, jelly-like sea, is also within walking distance. 2. Excellent facilities and a clean environment. There's a table and a small refrigerator. The bed is a spacious single bed like the one pictured, very comfortable! Towels were provided in the bathroom. The terrace is beautiful, with a double table and chairs and a clothes rack. There's a beautiful lake and swimming pool downstairs, and the bar area has entertainment in the evenings. For me, simply enjoying the sunset alone on the terrace was wonderful. 3. Convenient dining options and a wide variety of choices. I opted for the breakfast and dinner included, saving me the hassle of deciding what to eat; I still ate out for lunch, enjoying the experience of finding delicious food. The picture shows one of my buffet dinners and breakfasts. 4. Excellent staff service. They were very friendly. For example, I checked in quite late, and dinner service had already closed, but the front desk and kitchen prepared an extra dinner for me. I appreciate their extra effort!"

Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa All Inclusive ★★★★

"A good hotel in a great location. The hotel is located by a lagoon with a sandy beach. But be prepared to pay 21 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella per day. Plus 40 euros if you want to reserve specific sunbeds for yourself. Which is very important if you come in high season. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost ~90 euros one way. The food is tasty, but a bit monotonous. The emphasis is on local products and Spanish cuisine in general. In addition to the main restaurant, there are 4 other themed restaurants on the hotel grounds, which you need to book in advance. During our 8-day stay at the hotel, we only managed to get into 3 of them. Cava is served for breakfast :) The rooms are relatively fresh and clean, but there are not enough slippers, robes and toiletries. By the way, they offer to buy robes for 30 euros if you really need them :) Also, the water drains poorly in the shower, but this problem was immediately solved after our complaint. The animation team does a 5+ job. You will find entertainment for every taste throughout the day."

"Thought it was very expensive for our 6 night stay. Wish we would have stayed one night and checked it out first . The bed covers and pillow cases are awful rough and not comfy. It was more like a one star hostel to be honest . Shocking breakfast it was poor quality cold and hardly anything available to be honest it was more like a cheap kids picnic than a breakfast. The atmosphere is meant to be quiet and it was loud people singing screaming some nights meant to be peaceful and was not at all. The room I suppose was clean but did have many flies and ants so had to buy spray for that . Wouldn’t rate it a four star and wish we hadn’t stayed it wasn’t worth the money sadly . Wouldn’t say it was particularly a nice view to sit out either you can just see and hear everyone else along the row of rooms. Inside it’s just two single beds shoved together not much space more like an English budget travel lodge . The lad in reception did speak to us on arrival but other than that not really spoken to anyone I don’t think the staffs English was very good so maybe couldn’t speak to us much I’m not sure 🤔"

"We recently stayed at BQ Alcudia Sun Village with my wife and daughter, and the experience was fantastic. It is the perfect hotel for a family holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff's service was top-notch. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire stay. Another great feature was that drinks were available all the time, including a great selection of non-alcoholic cocktails for the kids, which our daughter loved. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which we highly appreciated for a good night's rest. The hotel’s surroundings are a huge plus: being right next to the lagoon and watching the flamingos and other birds fly and land at sunset is an absolute delight—it creates a super relaxing atmosphere. The food was incredible across the board. The breakfast buffet is very complete, and we loved the dedicated section for local products. For lunch, the snack bar by the pool is great, and the kids' water area (complete with waterslides and a pirate ship) kept our daughter thoroughly entertained. The buffet dinners were also top-notch: a massive variety of hot and cold options, live show cooking, and themed nights. We were lucky enough to experience the Mexican night, and it was spectacular—delicious tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, and so much more. Without a doubt, a hotel to visit again. Highly recommended!"

"We're actually staying here now and feel we have to leave a great review! On arrival, we were greeted with a smile by a friendly receptionist who was extremely helpful. It was also a lovely gesture to be offered a refreshing glass of fruit water. First impressions were good. The big reception area is white and shiny with some lovely touches like an ebony piano which is highlighted by the white décor. We'd opted for the adults only swim up suite and on opening the door for the first time, we were so n impressed with it! Very spacious, a walk in rain shower, his and hers basins, huge comfortable double bed, sliding wardrobe which contained a safe, iron and ironing board. The room is also equipped with a large wall mounted TV, a sofa, a refrigerator containing a large bottle of water, a microwave and a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. Then there was the patio area which has the usual table and chairs, but our suite also had a couple of sunbeds and the long pool in between the patio and our private Balinese bed! Lush! Lying on this bed, listening to the birds singing in the nearby trees and looking at the pool was like being in paradise! I highly recommend the swim up suites as it provides a totally different dimension to your usual room balcony where you have to walk to a pool and try to find a sunbed. As this wonderful place isn't huge, all the staff feel like family to you. They're all happy, smiling, friendly and really want everybody to have a good time! The head of the entertainment team is the nicest person ever!!!! So lovely. All the restaurant staff are friendly and work very hard. The cleaners are amazing and work so hard - up until 10pm! The place is spotless and there's a lovely fresh smell in the reception area. Playa De Muro Suites is such a happy place and you instantly feel welcomed into their 'family'. I'll end with the food. The FOOD! Let's be honest, food makes or breaks your hotel accommodation and this gastronomy will not disappoint! Yes, in larger hotel chains, you get more choice, but you want for nothing here! All the dishes are freshly home made with love, and the catering team just want to please you - even asking if you have any dietary intolerances. The entertainment isn't the livliest but has discos, games, etc, on for children. We've seen a great singer/guitarist, an acrobatic show, a quiz and there's a magician on tonight. So, to sum Playa De Moro suites up, if you fancy something different (swim up room and Balinese bed), an excellent, clean, quiet hotel with really lovely, hard working staff and pleasant surroundings about 10 minutes walk away from a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants, excellent quality food and modern accommodation, don't hesitate to book this gem of a find hotel! "Lovely apartment. We had the studio in the new section. Small but everything you need. Clean shower with a powerful jet. Cleaning five times a week. Comfortable sunbeds by the pool. You can rent the Balinese beds for 20 euros a day. This includes two drinks, which can also be cocktails. Location close to the beach. Shops and restaurants nearby. No nightlife after midnight; everything closes."
