"Our package included two meals, breakfast and dinner, and the food was very plentiful, with something new every day. The environment was fantastic. The room had a balcony overlooking huge old pine trees—so quiet, I slept very well! There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool, but we didn't use it. Everyone recommended swimming in the sea outside. The water was incredibly clear and crystal-clear. The water was very calm in the morning, perfect for swimming, and the sand was so fine it didn't hurt your feet at all. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the city center, situated in a quiet, less crowded area, which I loved! After dinner, we strolled through the bustling city center to digest—so relaxing! 😌"

"Incredible place. Feels very close to nature and is quite a peaceful and calm place to spend time. For being a relatively small location, they offer a very variable breakfast buffet. Dinner is a la carte and very tasty. We only stayed a night as part of a bike trip around the island but I wish we could have stayed longer. Very friendly staff as well."

"A good hotel in a great location. The hotel is located by a lagoon with a sandy beach. But be prepared to pay 21 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella per day. Plus 40 euros if you want to reserve specific sunbeds for yourself. Which is very important if you come in high season. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost ~90 euros one way. The food is tasty, but a bit monotonous. The emphasis is on local products and Spanish cuisine in general. In addition to the main restaurant, there are 4 other themed restaurants on the hotel grounds, which you need to book in advance. During our 8-day stay at the hotel, we only managed to get into 3 of them. Cava is served for breakfast :) The rooms are relatively fresh and clean, but there are not enough slippers, robes and toiletries. By the way, they offer to buy robes for 30 euros if you really need them :) Also, the water drains poorly in the shower, but this problem was immediately solved after our complaint. The animation team does a 5+ job. You will find entertainment for every taste throughout the day."

"This is our 3rd visit to the hotel and it just continues to improve. Special mention to Andres, Pepe, Juan and one of the female managers in the restaurant who all remembered us as returning guests. They were so attentive to us and were great with the children. Andres in particular went above and beyond. We are a family with 3 children- aged 7, 4 and 2 and one of the only downsides is the max capacity of their rooms is 4 so we had to get 2 rooms- these were very far apart so we all stayed in one family room which is very generously sized. We were allocated a lovely room overlooking the smaller pool with the water slides. Food as always is fantastic with plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. We stayed half board on this stay and there are plenty of places nearby for lunch - although none quite as nice as the food in the hotel. We did go to the burger place in the hotel a couple of times which is lovely. Thanks again for a great stay"

"All perfect. Great hotel great location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful stuff. Very close to the beach. Local shop opposite. 10 minutes walk to restaurants and other shops. 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of free parking spaces. Great for families. Indoor heated pool sauna and jacuzzi. 2 outdoor swiming pools. On site restaurant. Brilliant breakfast choice of everything."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave us two large bottles of water. I was worried about not being able to buy water since we were staying in the middle of nowhere, but that was a relief. The room was small but clean, and there was a small balcony, but we didn't use it. The hotel's backyard is right on the beach, but it rained that day, so the view wasn't great, which isn't the hotel's fault. Luggage storage was also smooth, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Overall, we had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are in need of renovation. The furniture is quite worn and outdated, the windows do not close properly, and we experienced an air conditioning failure during our stay. Another downside, especially for families with young children, is the bathroom design. The bathroom has sliding glass doors, which provide very little privacy and are not particularly practical when traveling with small children. The food was average. There was enough variety, but the quality and taste were nothing special. The entertainment program was also rather disappointing. Most of the activities and evening shows were conducted mainly in German and Spanish, making it difficult for international guests to fully enjoy them. On the positive side, the children's splash pool is very attractive and our kids loved it. However, the water was quite cold in the mornings and again in the late afternoon, so they could not enjoy it for very long. Overall, the hotel has some good facilities, especially for families, but there are several areas that need improvement to justify its rating. *** During our stay in June, there was a massive influx of seaweed along the hotel's beachfront. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to use the beach or enjoy the hotel's direct access to the sea at all. For our children, the unexpected "morning entertainment" was watching an excavator working from 6:00 a.m. until around 10:00 a.m., collecting the dried seaweed into enormous piles along the beach. While this was fascinating for them, it certainly wasn't the beach holiday we had expected. We fully understand that the hotel cannot control nature, the tides, or the condition of the sea. However, it would have been appreciated if guests had been informed about the situation during check-in. It would also have been a thoughtful gesture to organize a shuttle service or recommend a nearby beach with better swimming conditions, especially for families with young children. Instead, the lack of communication, the absence of any alternative solution, and the apparent lack of initiative from the hotel staff made this a very disappointing surprise."
