"Incredible place. Feels very close to nature and is quite a peaceful and calm place to spend time. For being a relatively small location, they offer a very variable breakfast buffet. Dinner is a la carte and very tasty. We only stayed a night as part of a bike trip around the island but I wish we could have stayed longer. Very friendly staff as well."

"Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom isn't optimal. There are long black hairs lying around or stuck to the walls everywhere. Unfortunately, there was also mold in the bathroom! This could be a health problem. The breakfast is good! The pool is okay, even if the ravages of time have taken their toll. Conclusion: I wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone!"

"A good hotel in a great location. The hotel is located by a lagoon with a sandy beach. But be prepared to pay 21 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella per day. Plus 40 euros if you want to reserve specific sunbeds for yourself. Which is very important if you come in high season. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost ~90 euros one way. The food is tasty, but a bit monotonous. The emphasis is on local products and Spanish cuisine in general. In addition to the main restaurant, there are 4 other themed restaurants on the hotel grounds, which you need to book in advance. During our 8-day stay at the hotel, we only managed to get into 3 of them. Cava is served for breakfast :) The rooms are relatively fresh and clean, but there are not enough slippers, robes and toiletries. By the way, they offer to buy robes for 30 euros if you really need them :) Also, the water drains poorly in the shower, but this problem was immediately solved after our complaint. The animation team does a 5+ job. You will find entertainment for every taste throughout the day."

"I don't understand all the positive reviews for this hotel. It's a tourist bunker. At 7 a.m., the first guests rush to reserve towels for the loungers. At 6:15 p.m., the first guests are standing at the restaurant entrance, storming the buffet. All in all, it's totally touristy. The food is average. The gym is average. The stairwells and hallways/corridors are more reminiscent of a hospital. The room we had was old and worn. There was a very unpleasant odor coming from the toilet/shower. This was remedied by installing an apple air freshener."

"The front desk was very good and gave two large bottles of water. I was worried that I could not buy water in the wilderness, so I didn't have to worry. The room was small but clean, there was a small balcony but it was not used, the backyard of the hotel was the beach, but the rain was not good that day, and the hotel was not blamed. The luggage storage was also smooth, the staff smiled and served, overall good."

"We stayed for 10 nights at this hotel as a family of 4 (including a 14yr old and a 16yr old). As we got off our transfer bus we were immediately greeted by a staff member, who helped take our cases inside and offered us all a drink. We thought this was a nice touch. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. We stayed in room 8001, which was at the end of block 8, on the ground floor, and had a view of the pool. Room was clean and there plenty room for all 4 of us. Sofa bed that was able to be folded away during the day was helpful. Lots of storage space for cloths. Love the fact the hotel have a circular eco ethos. That meant there is a water cooler available that we could fill the carafe from kitchenette, and pop it in fridge to have later. It counts how many plastic bottles they have prevented being used. They use a local farm for meat and try to use ingredients from within a short distance of the hotel. Food is always going to be a hit or a miss when catering for so many people but we found it to be a good selection. Especially enjoyed the seafood, including lobsters, crab and lagoustines! Animation team do a lot of the shows themselves, with just the odd one being external and, with that in mind, they were pretty good. Plenty of activities on throughout the day for all ages, including darts, water polo, a taste of mallorca, cocktail making etc. Location is excellent. It has a path directly to the beach. I hate sand but took some swim shoes and we enjoyed ocean paddles and walk along the beautiful pier a few times. Just beautiful. I did see reviews about the seaweed but in all honesty, it wasn't something the hotel can do anything about. Legally, the government aren't allowed to remove it so it is raked into mounds, dries out, then gets put back into the sea. This helps with the colour we were told. I still thought the beach was beautiful. There are a few shops across the road from the hotel and we also got a bus just across the road, which took about 20mins to take us to alcudia (approx €13 return for all 4 of us). My only criticisms of the hotel are the food and entertainment is only on a 7 day rotation so if you stay longer, you will get repeats. Maybe a 14 day rotation would be better. The biggest issue for us was that we had to set an alarm every day in order to get sunbeds. Too many people reserving them and then disappearing for hours at a time. There are signs saying not to reserve but they are ignored and not enforced. Beds being reserved as early as 6am. For this reason alone, I wouldn't return, as I don't expect to have to set an alarm on holiday."
