The resort tried to charge me extra money for my kids stay as Trip.com did not communicate 4 people but 2. We showed paperwork as proof and Trip customer service called and it wasn’t enough despite paperwork saying 2 kids and 2 adults. They wanted to charge me another $800 for my kids stay after I already paid. Trip asked I pay and they’d reimburse me but I didn’t trust anyone and it sounded too good to be true. One of these two screwed up and almost ruined my vacation. Hotel “figured it out” and made the problem go away but I don’t know who was at fault.
Hotel staff were amazing, location was amazing, food was good for breakfast and crazy expensive for dinners. They tried to stick me in a smoking room and told me they were full, later they found another room for us that was much better. The issues were solved but this was disappointing experience on Iberostar reservations team and trip.com.

When entering the lobby the smiles of the staff welcomes you instantly you will feel at home. The reception will give you information and will answer your questions. I like staying a little bit more in the lobby as it really smells good 😊. The bar is really nice. The decor its like your in your favorite sports bar. The food truck nailed it. If your hungry just order some food there and its really good. The food at dinner is really good especially the sea food paella. Great staff. Good location. It has access to the beach. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Très bel endroit il y a tout autour de l’hôtel : la plage magnifique, les magasins. Le personnel est très gentil. De beaux spectacles le soir. Des petites attentions au cours de la journée : cocktails rafraîchissants, glaces . On y est bien pour la détente c’est parfait !!!! La chambre est propre et nous sommes bien installés. Ados de 14 et 15 ans dans le canapé ils ne s’en plaignent pas. Rien à dire !!! Le bar près du food truck est top aussi.

Troisième fois que nous y venons et toujours un personnel aussi agréable. Accueil - restaurant - bar. Chambre très propre. Accès à la mer directement. Restaurant avec menus variés aussi bien pour adultes que pour enfants. Plats locaux et internationaux. Avons eu de la chance avec une météo ensoleillée.

Air con all disabled, pools freezing and more vending machines than staff. Food in the restaurant was pretty decent however We came for 4 days, booked a junior suite with a sea view- horrendous over aeration of a room category. Call up reception to ask why air con not working - get a call back to say it’s not warm enough yet and it’s all disabled… Pools are literally colder that the sea and sub 70 degrees If you breathe outside of the all inclusive it’s an extra, towels, juices for kids, there are vending machines everywhere and nowhere for a snack past 7pm Food in restaurant was good quality, nice variations and well presented. Wines are all a bit raspy to drink- stick to water/ imported spirits Asked for 1hr late check out and €55 bill Cracking beach and bay, staff just don’t care about anything- shame could be a great location. Won’t rush back here
