Very good hotel very nice personal and crew overall ,very good entertainment staff,it was good food and the buffet had good variation,breakfast good and a lot of things to do,very good gym and the equipment is the best I have been in a hotel..

Der Standort ist super, das Hotel überhaupt nicht. Extrem hellhörige kleine Zimmer sind höchstens was für Alleinreisende aber nichts für Familien. Beim Essen gibt es hauptsächlich einfache tiefkühl Gerichte und wenig Abwechslung. Große unterschiede beim Personal

This was the worst vacation experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. Your North building (apartments) have a significant sanitation issue, and possibly a sewer management issue as well. The density of insects (ants, flies, cockroaches, beetles, etc) in the room was unacceptable. And your staff don’t seem to care AT ALL, which is perhaps the greatest source of disappointed. If you’re over capacity, and truly unable to accommodate a guest, then offer them a refund. I did find a suitable room elsewhere, and when they heard about my terrible experience at Playa Esperanza, they offered me a free upgrade. They clearly understood the importance of good service, and they have earned all of my future business. I hope for your sake that your management take some steps in the right direction for the health and safety of your guests.

Amazing hotel and excellent service. The facilities are super good, lots of activities for children and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt right at home there! We are definitely coming back The room was very nice, with a view to the sea. The restaurant was very good, breakfast buffet was amazing and the dinner was very good as well, every day there was sufficient variation to always surprise us positively.

Excelente opción para quienes quieren disfrutar de la naturaleza, descanso, actividades varias, buena gastronomía, y esmerada atención al huésped. Aparte muy buena relación entre el precio y la calidad . Recomendable ! Gracias a todo su personal por la hospitalidad.

Hotel molto grande ma molto curato sia negli spazi comuni interni che esterni. Personale addetto alla reception molto gentile e disponibile . Noi avevamo un appartamento spazioso e pulito con angolo cottura, un grande letto comodo e una grande terrazza con una meravigliosa vista mare. Unica cosa un po' negativa la dotazione della cucina era veramente ridotta ai minimi termini. Non posso dare un giudizio su bar e ristoranti in quanto non ne abbiamo usufruito. Non eccessivamente economico.

Nous avons séjourné 12 jours en demi pension et nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel ! A la réservation j'avais demandé une chambre au 6 étage, au calme. Nous avons été gâtés puisque nous étions à l'étage souhaité et en plus avec un surclassement : chambre vue latérale sur la mer !!!!! La chambre était très propre et bien agencée. Équipe ménage " aux petits soins avec le sourire.... Accueil chaleureux et professionnel, hôtel très beau, jardins luxuriants, accès direct à la plage, vraiment top ! Mais pour nous "la médaille d'or" concerne la gastronomie ! Petit déjeuner fastueux, pour tous les goûts ! Buffet du soir également délicieux, très bien présenté avec un grand choix. Show-cooking avec des menus à base de viande, poisson..., une cuisine très variée pendant notre séjour. Sans oublier l'équipe de restauration ! Souriante et serviable ! Les points négatifs : coffre fort en supplément (2€ jour ! ), les beds sont payants dans les jardins et autour des piscines, les transats à la plage payants ( il semblerait q c'est géré par la municipalité ), personne parle français à l'hôtel ( la langue de Goethe domine ), bonne wi-fi mais il faut se connecter plusieurs fois par jour. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons été enchantés de ce séjour, et on espère revenir vous voir.

J'ai plutôt passé un bon séjour. j'avais payé environ 4400 euros pour deux semaines en demi pension en m'y prenant à l'avance (début de l'automne). Le site est sympa et la nourriture correcte. En général le personnel est agréable sauf pour ma part un réceptionniste très grossier. l'appartement était très vieillot et il manque des transats à l'ombre dès 7H15 et des transats tout cours dès 9 heures. Comme nous revenons chaque année à Majorque et que nous avons testé pas mal d'endroits, je peux dire que c'est plutôt pas mal notamment en raison de la plage à quelques pas) avec un rapport qualité prix néanmoins un peu juste. Je n'étais pas opposé à revenir cette année mais avec un tarif de plus de 1000 par rapport à l'année dernière, je le déconseille vraiment. Je viens donc de réserver un hotel juste à côté, également en face de la très belle plage, hôtel 4 étoiles très ressemblant dont les critiques sont d'ailleurs meilleures sur tripadvisor et booking et qui propose un prix pour un appartement vue mer quasi identique avec une différence d'environ 1 500 euros! C'est truffé d'hôtels tous en lignes dans ce coin là, donc faites jouer la concurrence.
