Considering it was the first day opening from the winter shutdown the staff and facilities ran smoothly with impeccable service from checkin, dinning, attentiveness of staff and spa facilities.

We would like to start this review by saying that we do this as an improvement measure and not as a criticism. The location of the hotel is excellent, if you want to be close to a good beach this is your hotel, crystal clear waters and white sand. We could not enjoy the sea because the weather was not very good but it was certainly spectacular. When we made our reservation we chose this Grupotel because we wanted to value a five-star service regardless of the price. The facilities are very well maintained and clean. But the service did not meet our expectations. We had a small problem at dinner at the hotel buffet when I, my wife and my daughter were there. I can understand Spanish and heard one of the waiters telling another that he wanted us to leave, probably because it was late and they wanted to go home. It is understandable, but it is also understandable that in a 5-star hotel the service is careful about their words with customers. From that evening on, the waiter was a little uncomfortable serving us. We are not the kind of people who complain to the hotel when we want to enjoy the holiday. But I think it is necessary to inform other future travelers as well as the hotel.

Very nice hotel by the sea with a magnificent swimming pool. Everything is done to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. The buffets are just incredible, lots of choice and delicious food. The staff is at the top, everyone is friendly and ready to make this stay unforgettable.... and honestly it was a success! We never go back to the same place twice but we plan to come back... that's telling you.

Everything was phenomenal. The service staff was exceptional. Breakfast and dinner were beyond expectations. Location is perfect for beach access. No complaints. Room was clean and well maintained and the nightly entertainment was a nice touch. Will return.

On arrival at the Hotel, we were greeted by Laura, who showed us around and to our room, which was lovely. We then had a late dinner, which was excellent. Throughout our stay, we did not venture out for dinner as the quality and choice of food on the a la carte and the buffet menu was excellent. We did have a slight issue with noise from the room above due to the chairs being moved about frequently. When this was mentioned to reception, they immediately offered us another room and we were provided with a free upgrade to a suite on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The additional space was fantastic. We found ALL the staff to be kind and helpful and also very good communicators, especially in the dining room at breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the evenings in the bar with the entertainment and the choice of drinks was very good along with excellent service. The only thing that let the hotel down was the lack of heating in the outdoor pool. Not quite sure it wasn't heated but it meant that the indoor pool was usually used by adults with very small children and therefore very noisy and uncomfortable.

We went with my friends to rest, the hotel was good but it was a bad experience since it was full of Germans who came to party in the early morning shouting and then were making noise all day. We found the food at the Paraíso restaurant to be very overpriced in relation to its quality.

Overall it’s a great hotel. Very clean. Friendly and professional staff. The food is great. Our dairy and gluten allergies were accommodated well. The area around is beautiful (clean beach, quiet natural park). The spa was good and clean. The gym needs some service as the Technogym machines and the rower were rusty due to the chlorine of the water of the swimming pool. We will definitely come back there!

Absolutely loved our stay here. They have an amazing buffet selection and the property is well maintained. The people are amazing from the front desk, house keeping, dining and children center. If you’re debating between booking here or another place book here take it from someone who has traveled quite a bit.
