Wir möchten diese Überprüfung mit der Feststellung beginnen, dass wir dies als Verbesserungsmaßnahme und nicht als Kritik tun. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Wenn Sie in der Nähe eines guten Strandes sein möchten, ist dies Ihr Hotel, kristallklares Wasser und weißer Sand. Wir konnten das Meer nicht genießen, da das Wetter nicht sehr gut war, aber es war auf jeden Fall spektakulär. Bei unserer Reservierung haben wir uns für dieses Grupotel entschieden, weil wir unabhängig vom Preis Wert auf einen Fünf-Sterne-Service legen wollten. Die Anlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Aber der Service entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem beim Abendessen am Hotelbuffet, als ich, meine Frau und meine Tochter dort waren. Ich kann Spanisch verstehen und hörte, wie einer der Kellner einem anderen sagte, er wolle, dass wir gehen, wahrscheinlich weil es spät sei und sie nach Hause wollten. Es ist verständlich, aber es ist auch verständlich, dass der Service in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel auf seine Worte gegenüber den Kunden achtet. Von diesem Abend an war es für den Kellner etwas unangenehm, uns zu bedienen. Wir gehören nicht zu den Leuten, die sich im Hotel beschweren, wenn wir den Urlaub genießen möchten. Aber ich denke, es ist notwendig, andere zukünftige Reisende sowie das Hotel darüber zu informieren.

Très bel hôtel en bord de mer avec une piscine magnifique. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour. Les buffets sont juste incroyables, énormément de choix et la cuisine délicieuse. Le personnel est au top, tout le monde est d'une gentillesse et prêt à rendre ce séjour inoubliable .... et sincèrement c'est réussi ! Nous ne retournons jamais deux fois au même endroit mais là nous avons prévu de revenir... c'est vous dire.

Most attentive staff with each his/her own professional and yet amicable approach. Furthermore, this seaside hotel boasts ample luxurious facilities and well maintained spacious rooms full of amenities. We would very much enjoy a return visit. Gracias

Everything was phenomenal. The service staff was exceptional. Breakfast and dinner were beyond expectations. Location is perfect for beach access. No complaints. Room was clean and well maintained and the nightly entertainment was a nice touch. Will return.

On arrival at the Hotel, we were greeted by Laura, who showed us around and to our room, which was lovely. We then had a late dinner, which was excellent. Throughout our stay, we did not venture out for dinner as the quality and choice of food on the a la carte and the buffet menu was excellent. We did have a slight issue with noise from the room above due to the chairs being moved about frequently. When this was mentioned to reception, they immediately offered us another room and we were provided with a free upgrade to a suite on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The additional space was fantastic. We found ALL the staff to be kind and helpful and also very good communicators, especially in the dining room at breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the evenings in the bar with the entertainment and the choice of drinks was very good along with excellent service. The only thing that let the hotel down was the lack of heating in the outdoor pool. Not quite sure it wasn't heated but it meant that the indoor pool was usually used by adults with very small children and therefore very noisy and uncomfortable.

Hemos ido con mis amigas a descansar, el hotel ha estado bien pero ha sido una mala experiencia ya que estaba lleno de alemanes que por la madrugada llegaban de fiesta gritando y luego estaban haciendo ruido todo el día. La comida del restaurante Paraíso nos ha parecido muy subid de precio en relación a su calidad.

Overall it’s a great hotel. Very clean. Friendly and professional staff. The food is great. Our dairy and gluten allergies were accommodated well. The area around is beautiful (clean beach, quiet natural park). The spa was good and clean. The gym needs some service as the Technogym machines and the rower were rusty due to the chlorine of the water of the swimming pool. We will definitely come back there!

Absolutely loved our stay here. They have an amazing buffet selection and the property is well maintained. The people are amazing from the front desk, house keeping, dining and children center. If you’re debating between booking here or another place book here take it from someone who has traveled quite a bit.

The hotel looked nice from the exterior, however, the area around it wasn’t very picturesque. All the staff we encountered were very nice & helpful. The massages were brilliant, we had Gerita ( proberly spelt wrong) who proved to be excellent at her job. Such a shame about the surrounding area.
