Paid online when making the reservation and sent proof of charge but at check in they insisted that transaction didn't go thru and we should pay which I refused. Again at check out gave us invoice we room charge and insisted to get paid again. We waited half an hour and kept showing the receipt. First room we got, it had heater radiator which was not enough for big room. When complained they refused to change. I had to give them warning that we will leave the hotel than they gave us room with Inventor. One of the server was very very rude on several occasions. I had to complain to the manager. Also washroom didn't have heater and it was freezing. Food was good but had to pay for breakfast. As most of the hotels breakfast should be included. Probably wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.
