Popular Sea View Hotels Muscat, Find the Lowest Prices

I stayed 5 days, but was seriously considering staying a couple days longer, this is how much I enjoyed the city but surely also the hotel. Since my travel itineraries were quite fixed I decided against it. But when returning to Muscat I will for sure try to stay at the Royal Tulip again. I personally liked the location since being close to the bus line 1 and 9, which is a big benefit. Having the Oman Avenues mall close by surely also is beneficial for quickly getting the things one needs when traveling, or just a quick bite when not in the mood for restaurants. The room was big and clean. Good bed and pillows. Very friendly and helpful staff, everywhere. And on top of it a wonderful pool area at the roof withe a great view over Muscat. Wonderful, I will be back!

Personally, I think the hotel I like the most during this trip to the Middle East is 20 minutes’ drive from the downtown area of Oman. The hotel can help you book trips to the sea to watch dolphins and snorkeling, etc. It is also very comfortable to stay in the hotel. Compared with the United Arab Emirates, I like Oman the most! Sea blue, few people, clean. Will come here again in the future!

Had a WoW experience. Nice and luxurious suite Very courteous staff. Would surely choose the same again and again. Very near to all the Malls and easy access to highways. Would like to give a special mention to the Receptionists

Hotel looks nice on the outside but you’ll see lots of thing waiting for you. When we arrived in the hotel we see that the people who are working at reception were nice but doesn’t give the basic information about the hotel unless you ask lots of questions. Nothing was explained. Then we switched to our room by ourselves and found out there was a bottle of water which already had been used. Thankfully the Bellboy helped us and solved the problem, we appreciate him. He is the guy who saves receptions lack of information and lack of interest. After relaxing a little we decided to have some air at the restaurant area which is the only place that has open area. But no one cares what you asked or even doesn’t bother coming and asking you as if you’d like to have something. And that’s our first 30 minutes unfortunately. We booked for 3 nights and we’ll see what’s going to happen next. Maybe it’s just our experience.

What a wonderful luxury break we’ve had at the Kempinski Hotel Oman. The staff in all areas of the hotel go above and beyond to meet your needs and requests. The giant pillows feel like you are sinking into a giant cloud of marshmallow. Little luxury, handmade treats are a welcomed gesture as you return to your beautifully maintained room after your busy day at work or pleasure. The food and hospitality is outstanding in the buffet restaurant, the staff will cater for everyone’s needs ( Marija x team and all the chefs are incredibly friendly and attentive). The vast range of cuisine from around the world is amazing, you will be spoilt for choice! The half board package includes soft drinks x tea/ coffee. The ladies in red are constantly available to support and meet your hotel needs, nothing is too much trouble. The poolside is relaxing and well maintained and directly overlooks a private beach. Ice cold bottles of water are regularly replenished by friendly pool staff. We highly recommend this hotel, it’s a short drive from the airport, and a five minute walk to a beautiful marina where you can access boats to go scuba diving and explore the beautiful marine life in the crystal clear sea. Oman and this hotel is a treasure that will not disappoint. We look forward to returning.!

Very nice hotel. It is affordable in Muscat. The room is not bad, but the windows cannot be opened. The overall facilities are still very good. The breakfast is a bit rough, and there are not many dishes that can be cooked for lunch and dinner, but it's okay. The service of the hotel is still in place. Overall, I can give a 4-star praise.

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat. Your room is so clean and smell good.. reception is customer service is good.. the Staff at Restaurant Ms. Kristine and Mr.John. good customer service.. But I see about your Chef Sahid, not smiling while working.because maybe we are Pilipino, because we request a Omellete egg.. but the face is look like he dont want to make a omelete...and no greetings for us. But the white guy UK OR American guy..he immediately approach and greet them. .. please give a training to this chef..thank you God bless for us..
