Very good value for money. clean basic rooms. Excellent view from the rooms . Kind and helpful staff. A little distant from centre so do take your car. Food was good enough. It’s a great base from where to spend time in mussoorie, landaur, and the mountains

Services are not good at all. Room cleaning not done even after stating to the staff. Way to hotel was also quite difficult as only 1 car can go on side. Had very good expectation from the hotel however it’s not that great. Breakfast was good

Overall good room with valley facing balcony. Staff was good. Breakfast was so so ,not much options to eat, rooms n washroom were clean but towels and bedsheet are not upto the marks. Its not cleaned properly.

One of the best hotel in mussoorie I have ever experienced. Beautiful room. Well lit , cosy and comfortable. Clean and has all amenities. Open terrace with full view of city is the best feature of the hotel.

one of the worst and pathetic property ***aged by unprofessional ***agement of IIMT Merut . thet serve cockroaches on breakfast , dinner and lunch and if asked them why and how it was come directly staff told it may be come from outside chef and the team are fully unprofessional doesnt know how to speak .

Horrible staff and service..i will never recommend this hotel.. It says 4 star property but felt like 1 star property.. We requested to check out late staff mentioned hotel is full whereas hotel was empty.

The service of this hotel is terrible. I was shocked that 4star property hotel is just like that. Room was good but due to shortages of staff service was pathetic. I just advice that try some other place to stay.And last but not the least the food is too costly here.
